For example, taking the surveys from respondents, paying for the thesis hardbound or printing of the research papers, providing for the materials of the research, researching for references or sources needed for the research or just by simply being there and supporting your groupmates (by providing snacks lol or some form of motivation) really HELPS a lot. In short, if you're not confident with what you can provide with your mind or ideas, then financial help could really be another option. If it's in your conscience to help, then you'll find a way to help.

This is literally me being a leader,I HATE being a leader, because every lunch break I always find my group mates but only find 2 of them even though there's 5 of us,And I will always be the one who will conquer all of the problems it literally sucks
Today until August, I still have to do our research device and papers for the defense. I am also the leader and I was the one (mostly) doing and paying for our research that is expensive. The whole time I waited for someone to help me and do their part as I give them each their part, but everytime before the deadline I ask for their work and their answer is "we didn't do it because(state their reason)", so I have to stay all night( for 2-3 days) just to manage to reach the deadline. Until now it's the same, but the worst thing is they have this secret GC where they gossip behind my back. I heard the worst things that they say and I was just crying silently every night and I became depressed to do anything. So seeing this video I somehow relate of how hard it is to be a leader for research defense. Because being the leader you risk yourself sometimes even though you know how big the problem. So wish me luck this 3 months.

So our teacher asked me if there could still be something that he could do with the project, I said no. We are done with the project. So he was asked to do the project alone with a new deadline of submission HAHAHAHA As a leader you must make sure that each of your groupmate has contributed to the success of your project. Even if it would make them hate you. Lead them by guiding them. If you need to set the boundary of you being a leader and them being a member, then do it. Never teach them to be lazy. Even the laziest classmate I had way back in college had made contributions to our feasibility study. Don’t be like a leader who spoils your members by doing the task alone and complains that the members didn’t help. Instead, know their capabilities. Maybe that member didn’t help because he is not good with that. Know their capability. If he is good in this area make him do that. 🤗

It makes me want to show this my old group in my college. All of them didnt do their task. I guess what? We were only two of us out of 6. We were the one present entire thing. My prof stopped us in the middle of presentation. He asked “why are two of you only to talk? What about others? Will they present?”
He gave us failling mark for not making a group task. I was so mad because i messaged to every person and none of them reply and they used excuses.

Ahhaha i remember when I was in high school, I didn’t write the name of my groupmate because he didn’t do anything. I just explained to my teacher that. So our teacher asked me if there could still be something that he could do with the project, I said no. We are done with the project. So he was asked to do the project alone with a new deadline of submission HAHAHAHA As a leader you must make sure that each of your groupmate has contributed to the success of your project. Even if it would make them hate you. Lead them by guiding them. If you need to set the boundary of you being a leader and them being a member, then do it. Never teach them to be lazy. Even the laziest classmate I had way back in college had made contributions to our feasibility study. Don’t be like a leader who spoils your members by doing the task alone and complains that the members didn’t help. Instead, know their capabilities. Maybe that member didn’t help because he is not good with that. Know their capability. If he is good in this area make him do that. 🤗

I asked them if they can do that but my co members said they can't so ako ang nag-adjust at nakaya ko naman gawin lahat mostly at they're enthusiastic with doing the survey except for our one member. She makes excuses and I hate it. Pati mga co members ko hindi na natutuwa so I give her a grade of 75% in our group assessment.
