Hey I got veterinary hassan purely by XD quota in both the mock allotments but I decided to edit my options and move banglore, shimoga above hassan and in the provision seat allotment I have got a seat in shivamoga but I really really want a seat in hassan can I hoe for getting hassan seat again in the 2nd round or will my quota seat be filled with someone else ?
