I noticed you have a video on Grey Knights armor, but there are no Grey Knights on Eavy Metal. I happen to have a Grey Knight army. Any plans to add them?

Love to see a new (to me) Infernal Brush video! I find the 'Eavy Metal style fascinating and I love seeing how it is done. I've adapted some of the edge highlighting techniques in previous videos to my Emperor's Children (because the perfect legion deserves the best paint job).
First amazing paint job. Painting a full Cadian army in this high quality would be the best painted cadian army ever. Interesting to watch how to do it in very highend quality of painting. Painting a Cadian more for the table video would be cool to see, with simple tricks and less paints.
I really love your style of painting and video content. I wished you would do more of this more often, also for Horus Heresy or e.g. MESBG. Then I would be joining Patreon.
This is great. One of the biggest challenges with Cadians is that they're so fiddly and cluttery that they can easily turn into muddy results. Blocking out the elements with black on top of a bright fabric (or vice versa) solves a lot of that.
Great video. You mentioned soft recesses on the model near the bottom of coat. Curious to know if you might have any recommendations as to how to actually define it more? Maybe like using a scriber? Thanks.
Thank you Marq. Yeah I suppose you could use a scriber but honestly I think just painting the line in and then highlighting it will give the same result to the eye. Thanks for supporting!
Hello there, I love your work, I was wondering if you could give a bit of details on how do you work in subassembly, like which tools you use, do you pierce holes, do you glue stuff, how do you remove them at the end, do you use superglue to put your models together, etc Sorry if those are stupid questions but it seems so comfy to work this way I'd love to try lol
As someone not subbed to the patreon, i know this is basically begging for handouts. But... Would be cool to see a face tutorial in the eavy metal style on the youtube.
Hey, I wanted to ask you if you ever worked with the Forge World team back when the Heresy first took off, and if you can recall their formulas for that old Seafoam green? The pre-Sons of Horus Green one?
how are the arms glued to an already painted surface? any tips from any of yall when gluing subassemblies? I've tried scraping the paint off but it's a pain if you deform the surface too much...
@joan500x I would love to at some point, I love the model I actually bought a second one 😂 a few other videos to get out of the way first including the Lion
It's rare to paint more than 5-10 of anything to be honest so it's not like one person is doing it all. Put headphones on have some movies or music on in the background. It's not so bad, there's many worse jobs than painting toy soldiers haha

@@InfernalBrush I think it would be. I feel like everybody on you tube talks about copying the box art and the style, but you never hear anything about the people or the job itself. For all we know GW locks you guys in some dark dingy room and doesn't let you out until you've edge highlighted everything. I don't think I've even seen a picture of what your workspaces and stuff looked like (though I could imagine pictures weren't really allowed or anything due to leaks).

It would look great but it would take a very long time. I think you could cut back on a few stages and still get a very good looking result though.

I just scratch the surface with a scalpel before gluing but you could also mask them with sticky tac or tape.

When painting this, did you use glaze medium for glazing the steel legion as a soft shade on the fatigues?
Would Zandri Dust be an acceptable primer? I also have Corax White
