Super video! What the Hell? Hahaha Learned some new tips, thanks! Plus it's nice to have these tips all in the same video. I've given up and have been switching out all my OPI brushes (and skinny Essie and China Glaze) with a nice round paddle brush. Thank goodness for KBShimmer and Glisten and Glow replacement brushes. Thanks too for your Instagram clip on how to do the switch out. I'm way more messy than you, 😂 but it works! 🎇🎉🙌🏼

Me too! I switch out all the early Essie, China Glaze and now OPI with KB Shimmer paddle brushes! It’s so easy to do and they have the best brushes! It makes nail polishing a pleasure! The OPI brushes have just frustrated me to no end lately now that I’m using much darker colors! I need the rounded corners. I wish OPI would switch to the rounded corners brush. Now that Zoya has finally caved…it’s time for OPI to get on board!
I don’t know why I consistently get your videos very late- this one is nearly 6 weeks later- since I am subscribed to get all your videos. It’s a bit frustrating. I would like to thank you so much for this very helpful video!! These hacks about turning my brush to get good looking corners is a great help. I have very pronounced curved nails and it’s nearly impossible not to get the polish on my sidewalls no matter how careful I am- I also have small nails. This will help but if you have any hacks to help with this I would be so grateful. I am really careful but often manage to get some polish on my sidewalls anyhow Grrr! This was great; thank you. One clarification, please: when you wipe the polish off one side of the brush, which side of the brush do you then use to paint with -- the polish-loaded side, or the almost-wiped clean side?
the loaded one ! the almost clean side of the brush wouldn’t allow you to properly cover the entire nail plate with such a small amount of nail polish:)
The loaded one, yes, like Celine explained (I got to this comment too late) haha - the loaded side goes on the nail 😊

What brand of liquid latex do you use? I have never had luck with it.
I make my own with Halloween latex + lose glitter (it helps it not get chunky too fast)
What polish do you have on your right hand?
It's a dip powder from Color Club, not really a polish. I think it was "More Amour" in dip

Your videos and posts on IG are very informative, too bad I can't understand, what you're saying. English is not my 1st language and I really struggle with your speed in talking.
So I'm glad that at least on IG we can communicate. English is not my first language either so it looks like we are screwed 😂. One thing I would suggest is turning on Closed Caption here on RUclips so maybe you can understand me. If that doesn't help, then I can recommend other channels that have English as their first language and speak better than me, such as "Go Polished" by Laurie or "Nail Lacquer Therapy" by Janixa.
