with normal blooming kick you can do 3 dsk in a row, 1 from the stun 2nd from eagle dive 3rd from binding shot.. but with blooming kick ex you just get a air hit which kinda sucks since you get the same effect if you just straight dsk anyways
The issue with Chain Lightning is that you only really level it for PvE. it's by far a Priest's highest DPS skill in PvE, but it's our weakest skill for PvP in terms of growth per point of SP invested. CL EX doesn't fix that. If you PvP (specifically 1 VS 1), there's no reason to level CL at all. But if you do both PvE and PvP, you're screwed. There's no other skill in the game with that kind of design problem. Thankfully it won't be that much of an issue once the rest of us get dual builds.

爆裂踢ex依然可以触发双飞，条件是你的第二踢要踢晕对方，不要触发爆裂踢ex的踢飞，要等一下然后触发弓手的踢飞再双飞即可。

The issue with Chain Lightning is that you only really level it for PvE. it's by far a Priest's highest DPS skill in PvE, but it's our weakest skill for PvP in terms of growth per point of SP invested. CL EX doesn't fix that.
If you PvP (specifically 1 VS 1), there's no reason to level CL at all. But if you do both PvE and PvP, you're screwed.
There's no other skill in the game with that kind of design problem. Thankfully it won't be that much of an issue once the rest of us get dual builds.
