Awesome comparison. I see this video was posted about 3 months ago. The price then for the Glap Play controller was about $79. The Razer Kishi was and still is $79. Today, the Glap Play controller is now almost double the price at $139.
So the Kishi button layout is pretty much like the Nintendo Switch, for those people who are used to the layout on the Switch instead. Might as well think of it like phone-connectable joycons
Excuse me, for several months, I suppose you have used them, how does the samsung glap controller perform with its joystick? Have they felt worn? Sorry if something is mentioned wrong, I have basic English, greetings from Mexico: 'D

You said Kishi has a Con "Your phone must have a USB C connector which must be central" Do you know of any Android phone in the last 3-4 years capable of XCloud or Stadia that is not USB-C and the connector is on the side. please share a list.
I don't have a list sadly but I did put up a new video yesterday comparing input lag between the Kishi and Glap: ruclips.net/video/dwHPrKJqt5o/видео.html
I bought both nearly 6 months ago and had my note 9 in the glap and my 5.4 nokia in the Kishi. Played both equally tbh, same games, the Glap is FAR superior in nearly every way. The independent connection is batter as it can also be used as a controller for my pc without a phone... The build is better overall and i attached a lightweight wireless charger to the back as an add on and it solved the phone charging situation. The Kishi is not as good button wise as the L R and triggers turned out to be much more convenient on the Glap as I automatically use a different finger for each, 2 index and middle on each side. Just my long term conclusion here... Hope it helps 🙏
I've never used a mobile controller before, other than pairing with my xbox controller once in a while. I picked up the glap for $60 open-boxed, since they don't seem to make it anymore. I really wanted something new, like the gamesir x2 or shaks s5b, but darn they look so cheaply made. I know the s5b has vibration motors, so maybe I'll pick that up to. Unfortunately, the Kishi isn't compatible with my Fold 3 without making some serious mods and/or some 3d printing for a proper mount. They all look a little cheap tbh, why can't we get something higher quality, like what we get with console controllers?
I had the glap and returned it due to the analogs drifting really bad in less than a month with only around 2 uses,i didint like it much mainly because of the trigger positioning, does the kishi have L3/R3?
Sorry to hear you had issues with your Glap, mine is still working OK thankfully. The Kishi only has to top two bumper buttons and 2 triggers at the top/back
Indeed the version I had also has clickable thumsticks. When you said L3/R3 I thought you were talking about shoulder buttons like on the PlayStation controller 😅 apologies!
Well Kishi has a compatibility list lol so i dont think thats a Con... People should read and research more instead of blaming on the products. Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, S9, S9+, S10, S10+, S20, S20+ Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Note 9, Note 10, Note 10+ Google Pixel 2, 2 XL, 3, 3XL, 4, 4XL Razer Phone 1 & 2 (requires inserts available from customer support) Other devices within supported dimensions (145.3 - 163.7 mm x 68.2 - 78.1 mm x 7.0 - 8.8 mm)
thankfully for us android addicts did the research lol.... considering these products are a the same price point i feel very informed on which one to buy. as far as compatibility if it doesn't work for your phone when another product does then its probably a con for the company.
The Glap feel SOO much better than the kishi. IMO the Glap is the way to go. Kishi is smaller to carry around, but in a backpack, the difference is 🤷♂️ And same price? as of January 2021, the kishi is roughly $80 or $99 The Glap is more at around $130 on Amazon So around a $50 price difference.
I doubt that, he was muted on input lag for the Glap. One of the best-selling point of this types of controllers is cloud based game streaming where input lag is an issue.
No, the Razer Kishi sticks aren't on par with xbox one sticks, not even close. You can see the huge deeadzone that make the stick snap on vertical and horizontal axis. @@AndroidAddicts ah ok thank you. But do you think the kishi will break over time since you're squeezing the s20 ultra in there like this? Also is it truly wobbly and scratch the back side?
It's not noticeably wobbly whilst playing with the S20 Ultra. With my S8 it is noticeable.
