I just purchased my between pros and my only problem is that I didn’t buy them sooner. I seriously think they’re the closest you can get to perfect Bluetooth earbuds. Only thing I find to be somewhat underwhelming is the battery life but it’s definitely enough to work with.
Are you going to give is a look into the 3anc while using the eq? Personally, I don’t like 10:29 bass to thump or rumble, I like it to sound like a musical note that just happens to be deep. Thump and rumble sounds like an action movie soundtrack. Anyway, if the 3anc has that much bass, can you dial it back with the app?

I have a pair of Between Pro and like them, BUT they are a major pain to remove from the case. I was watching closely to see how you got them out, but you didn’t show that. lol It looks like the new case is shorter in height, making it easier to remove them. I 've expressed my concern about this to Status from the very beginning, but not much help has come from them.

They re-designed the case for the Between Pro after the crowdfunded version. I inquired, and Status said case replacements were not an option. If you try to pinch those suckers out with dry hands, good luck.
I bought Raycon Fitness, UE Fits and Status Between Pros. Raycons have a good clean sound, price is good, better with there discount. UE Fits are higher end with there custom fit ear tips and an app. for EQ'ing. my go-to buds are my Status Between Pros.
Can I add something to this review. This could help with Android users dunno about Apple users. If you go to settings and look for sound quality and effects you can equalize your between pro. Obviously an app will make it perform better for your device. 😊
Are the drivers any different? I went through 3 pairs of the first gen models as the smaller drivers blew in less than a months on all of them and I had to return them
Shouldn’t you have used the Equalizer setting “Original Between Pro” to use the same EQ used on the between pro? 🤔 either way this shows the 3ANC’s superiority with the flat EQ you used 👍
I’m glad I went with the pros then. I want bass to be present, I like it to pump a bit, but I do NOT prefer overwhelming bass. Bass doesn’t make the song for me, at all. I wanna hear everything else that’s going on, and want the mix to sound consistent
I understand your choice. I agree, bass doesn't make the song, but I like a balanced sound and I get that more from the 3ANCs. I just wish the Pros had access to the app so we can use equalizer with them.

I got a deal on shop and grabbed the pros and got the cb1 headphones for free. Apparently they truly neutral and people claim to hear things in songs they never heard before, excites to try both

I understand your worry. With the correct eartip/wing combo, they should have a secure fit. Mine hasn't fallen out with all the snow shoveling and things I've done while wearing them.
Switched my sound profile from Signature Sound, to the Between Pros Sound and I ain't looking back.! I'm hella happy that I had just bought the Pros and was still within the 30 day return window to get the 3ANCs instead.
@SupaVlinSantonE Oh wow! This made me excited even more! My SABP is on the way. I already have the GB2P for ANC/Transparency , so I thought I'd just grab the SABP for pure critical listening. Can't wait! I actually thought if the 3ANC is a lot better, I'd straight away get it and get rid of other TWS I have. Seeing that you said otherwise, I'm happy with my decision.
How was the customer service, did it improve? How long did it take for you to recieve yours? Those were my main 2 complaints from when I ordered the previous model. Plus on the previous, I started having issues after around 8 months..

Really looking to get one of these pairs for 99% gym usage. I’m huge on clarity, loudness, and overall sound quality. The pros seem to fit my bill as I don’t need them for work or noise canceling per say. Although, I wouldn’t mind spending the extra to get the 3anc in hopes that they fixed all of the bugs and issues people experienced with the pros.. any thoughts?
I respect your opinion what do I know? I’ve only been a professional, DJ for 30 years, but was weird is that five of us have both of these and we all say the same thing they sound exactly the same, granted the eq makes a difference on the ANC but straight out of the box with no configuration they sound exactly the same to me again I respect your opinion

what's the point in comparing while turning all good options off? When I consider something buying, I wanna know what's the best it can bring for me, not how are they if I don't use all good features. That's like saying I'm gonna make a review of that Lamborghini, but I'll drive it only in 1st gear, cause the Prius I' compare it to, has only so much horsepower...
I wanted this to be a fair comparison. The only way to do that was to take away any and all advantages. In this one, the Between Pro does not have app access. So, I took that out of the equation. The 3ANCs sound so good without the EQ.
Dude you got them mixed up! You keep picking up the wrong ones! Get it sorted out man! The between pros are the ones which are set far apart in the case! SMH!

I have both pairs and I agree the bass on the 3ancs are better but the between pros aren't half bad.

That is true. I don't understand why that is. Despite that, IMO, the sound and bass in the 3ANC is incredible.
@@ronontech I heard the ANC use Airoha 1562AE chipset for the noise cancellation. Airoha line only support AAC and SBC.

Yeah I have tinnitus and am hard if hearing in my right ear so having adaptive sound eq is a lifesaver for any buds I connec to my phone

I don't believe the drivers are different. Just the tuning has improved, IMO.

I have a updated version of the status between pro and it does lack in the bass area. They have bass but not much.
Yeah, that was something I noticed with the original set. Great clarity, but lacked the bass punch.

I still use the Between Pro earbuds mainly for answering calls at work. I use the Between 3ANCs for audio/video usage.

Agreed. Using the Custom EQ and even the presets gives it definition.
I found downloading a 3rd party equalizer app helped a lot for my pros. I used Equalizer for Bluetooth.

They're both great for phone calls, IMO. I use them both for making/receiving calls at work. No one has complained about audio problems.

Customer service to find out what's going on was a joke.
I received mine within a week. I managed to get my order in before the shipping date posted to make sure I got mine as soon as possible.
I believe they had to ship out the preorders first then all other orders. Sorry their Customer Service was like that.

It took me less than 4 seconds to pair them. Not long at all. Pretty simple process as well.
