As someone who works in a prison and is surrounded by child molesters daily. I can tell you not all sex offenders are the same. I'm fine with punishing them but not destroying their life because when someone has to register it all but destroys their life. 2) The most common is the relative who molests a family member. Parent-Child, Grandparent-Grand Child etc etc. They are dangerous to family but they are unlikely to molest a stranger. Even so they need to be registered sex offenders. 3) The most rare is the sex offender who hunts out kids. The ones who hang out at parks and things like this. These should never be let out of prison and if they are let out they need to wear ankle bracelets and MUST be traced at all times. This is my opinion, thanks for reading.

In America yes. Go to a third world country and see how their prisoners are treated. The correct way . In America all you have to say is mental illness.
@@1Luv87 "the correct way" as the child of an immigrant from Honduras, i can assure you it's not the right way. easy for you to say from the comfort of your first world country. the prison system should be about rehabilitation instead of wasting tax money on people who are destined to come back because of the failed prison system.
Over 20 years later, I'll never forget about getting molested. To put this into perspective, the trauma is so terrible, I agreed to six sessions of ECT. I did this in hopes to lose some memories. It was effective. It just didn't wipe out the memories intended for destruction.
You can tell when they first put him in that prison 16 years ago he got his face stomped on by alot of angered inmates that's why they had to put him in the separate cell with a tv to keep him alive.
The only problem I have with the sex offender system is when people get registered for things like public urination. Yes, if you take a piss in public, in front of other people, you're definitely disgusting and should spend the night in jail, but you shouldn't be put on the same level of child molesters.
i knew this man in the "free world" before he was charged. he looks so different now, his jaw and face is somehow different. i think this is because he has been beaten up so many times in prison.
shiestjoo well considering these inmates HAVE to go through jail first.... id say jail is way worse.... either people on their way to serve decades or spend the rest of their life.... as opposed to some doing years or months.... now do you really think prison is worse? Lol 😂🤨✌🏽
Actually, according to the US Dept. of Justice, sex criminals are amongst the lowest to re-offend once they are released. I'm not saying that none of them commit sex crimes again, but most either stay out of trouble, or are arrested for charges such as larceny due to the inability to be gainfully employed in many communities.
My uncle was in prison for about two years he always said that child molesters were the people the inmates with no way out attacked men who were serving life sentences would just destroy ......
As if they never hurt their children by being criminals, doing drugs, neglecting their children, failing to be role models for their children, committing crimes and going to prison. They zero in on one particular type of harm but cause all sorts of harm themselves.
Pigsbum53 ASMR I hate pedophiles and the scum who call themselves ephebophiles. however, is this guy that much worse then something holding a gun at someone's head as part of an armed robbery?
I have a friend who was locked up at the age of 22 for a sex crime he committed at the age of 13. He's looked at as a child molester, but he was only a kid himself at the time. He was only locked up because he confided in someone and that person ratted him out. His victim forgave him long ago. It was only one victim, but now it's assumed that he's a danger to society when he shows no sign of such. Most times, these people have poor self-image and are lonely, so they're sexually weak.
Sexual abuse is far more prevelant then people realize or than is reported. The only protection for these kids is parents who are vigilant & who educate them on the dangers & what to do. Those who commit these acts are messed in the head and definately need prison time but need therapy as well. As for the prisons, I went to visit my abuser in prison and if it weren't for the fences and locked cells it would have looked more like a resort. I was amazed at the amenities and privileges they had.
The way he tried to justify "it wasn't a 2 year old" Yeah but 12 years old is a child, is a child that remembers, a child that grows up with this as an adult, a person that carrys this with them for the rest of her life.
People can and do make mistakes. However, there are some mistakes that society says are intolerable and sex offenses on children are among them. It has been long recognized that the prison populations are less than accommodating on sex offenders. The fact that those who victimize children are at the bottom of that list, makes a powerful statement.
I hate when people like this say "I didn't want to do it, but I did it anyway." No, you did it because you're a predator by nature and you found a helpless victim you could control and who depended on you.
Great that you admit what you did, hopefully she is not hurt for life. It's hard for a person who is a tier 1 and would never touch a child to understand how this could happen.
A child is a child....just because said child, boy or girl dresses, acts or is labeled as physically mature doesn't mean he or she is ready for a mature interaction or the ramifications that take place after.
I have never forgotten being beaten, tormented and given orders by my elder brother on a daily basis for around 17 years of my life. So I am sure this woman will also have her life influenced by this prisoner. I hope she will be fine, wish her the best

I believe that very few pedophiles can be rehabilitated ...the recidivism is as much as 77% in some studies that I’ve read. I think that there should be island somewhere, where there’s decent housing, recreation, work...a whole society of pedophiles. They are free to go about the island, but if they attempt to flee, they should be dealt with severely.
When I read these comments, they upset me. On the internet, people show their true colors. And apparently, these people reveal that they desire someone to suffer, and to openly say it. I hate that. That's why I usually don't comment on these types of video, because my true colors don't resolve around complete hatred. Don't get me wrong, I have a lot of hate to give, as well as anger and frustration, but most of the time, they're all silent. I don't reveal them openly because I only feel them in my head, not in my heart. I don't admit my hatred unless it's a weight on my heart that I have to lift. When I see these videos, I feel nothing, I am numb, and that it good. I don't have to give out any anger, hate, and desire for suffering. Maybe he does deserve punishment. But when it comes down to revealing how you feel about these people. For me. It's just not the same as you.
I don't find it surprising that "sex offenders" are hated by society. People hate what they fear. And sex is one of the most primal and instinctual things human beings experience. It can be very good, but when it is rape and the victim doesn't want any of it, it becomes a traumatic experience. This fear prevents most people from rationally tackling the issue. It's not an unjustifiable fear, just one that doesn't help anyone or any situation.
I sympathize with your opinion, but you should know that many sex-offenders did not force sex on anyone. Look up the name Mark Alexander Fleming. He legitimately believed the girl was 22 and still has to be a registered sex offender.
I watched a movie about a convicted rapist (woman) on parole in a small-rural town--It was on Lifetime. The man, who has a daughter and ex-wife, has to live under police watch, and even the scrutiny of society, which almost killed him. And what's worst was that he was almost convicted again for another sexual assualt, because there was another rapist doing the crime nearby. Overall, I learned that victim and criminal become blurred, until society becomes "rapists" for revenge. Such savagery.

The only problem I have with the sex offender system is when people get registered for things like public urination.

The prisoner has one unwritten rule

And he has 3 meals a day and free health coverage, more than a lot of good people have.

People can and do make mistakes. However, there are some mistakes that society says are intolerable and sex offenses on children are among them. It has been long recognized that the prison populations are less than accommodating on sex offenders. The fact that those who victimize children are at the bottom of that list, makes a powerful statement.
no prisoners aren't normal gang members, drug dealers abuse and sell drugs to kilds, what about parents who beat their kids?
I hate when people like this say "I didn't want to do it, but I did it anyway." No, you did it because you're a predator by nature and you found a helpless victim you could control and who depended on you.
Great that you admit what you did, hopefully she is not hurt for life. It's hard for a person who is a tier 1 and would never touch a child to understand how this could happen.
A child is a child....just because said child, boy or girl dresses, acts or is labeled as physically mature doesn't mean he or she is ready for a mature interaction or the ramifications that take place after.
