You can do it too! I do it a lot, cause my diet is really specific. For example: I put spinach, lettuce, cabbage, different types of leafy greens, onions and bell peppers (i put them on a pan and cook them with black pepper and soy sauce), sliced carrots, mushrooms, sometimes chicken, and I put a bit of panela cheese and avocado. You can add flavor with siracha and soy sauce, I also always have Kimchi, because it is delicious You just have to experiment, and you will find something you like!☺ [I even do this for breakfast, but instead of rice with just the egg whites]
The fact that Ye Eun’s always had an eating disorder bc of her mom just makes this scene so much more important bc she’s finally being accepted and cared for without concern over being “ladylike” or over her weight

Relationship with food is kinda sensitive topic for me. Counting calories, feeling guilty and regret eating much, and then trying to work out to burn all the calories consumed. It looks like she has bulimia. I wish there could be more examples of healthy relationship with food on TV and media.
Saltanat Zhakhina her weight right now is what satisfies her. Maybe you think woman should have a bit more meat, but she hasn’t gone to bulimic state yet. And there’s nothing wrong with wanting to maintain a weight. As long as she’s not actually bulimic, she’s fine.
Marin Ta not tue at all. Bulimia is about purging, not necessarily vomiting, but also restricting or over exercising out of regret. It’s about the binge-purge cycle where you eat normally or too much and feel guilty, as a result you restrict or purge. It’s about the mental state rather than the physical repercussions. I believe the character portrayed here definitely has bulimia, just because it’s not at a health risk yet, it doesn’t mean the mental illness is not there yet.
if anyone didnt know this show is on netflix but its called Hello, My Twenties on there! theres 2 seasons but disclaimer: they recast 1 of the lead girls and she looks acts and dresses completely different and its kind of a downgrade
yeah idk korean celebrities to be mad that someone got recasted, i just think it it wouldve played out better if they just wrote her off the show like they did with kang yina and made the girl who took her place an entirely new character
I think that's mostly because they alr make a script with eunjae's charcter on it. But eunjae's actress from s1 suddenly withdrew from the drama (she planned to join s2 but turned out she couldnt because she's been offered a movie script and the schedule was overlapping with age of youth) so it would be difficult to rewrite the story without her. Since she's one of the most important character in age of youth. The writer must be having a hard time to write the story without kang yina. So let just appreciate it.

She honestly needs a mother who won't judge her for eating. Having Eun Jae's mom as a role model or mother figure would be good for her. And she won't constantly be worried about her weight, and she probably won't eat over a serving amount. Her mother doesn't let her eat so she probably feels deprived of food and fulfills her desire for it.
