😂👍 great reaction to those different kinds of fish, at least I know now if I catch one of those fish, that it is edible, yall are great, you seem happy, thanks for what you do
I was subbed to you guys on my other acct since you were "Senko Skipper". You guys have grown so much as a content creator since then. Love the video as always. 🙏❤️🔥
"The texture makes all the difference." As a former chef, may I say this: Texture is the conductor of flavor. It's one of the undisputable truths of cooking.
Love the video, you guys always make me smile. My favorite Gulf Coast eating is Specs, Whiting, slot Reds....They are all so tasty Tried some of the Clammy Bits and Whiting love it for sure.
I caught a massive speckled trout last month on finger mullet. It was a giant one. There was a lot of good meat on that fish, and it was the tastiest fish I ever caught in the surf as well.
Wow I love your kitchen setup it so nice to have so you can cook wherever you are. Those tacos looks so delicious.. Thankyou for sharing your fishing adventures with us. Ps is this in Florida as well? If yes can you share where?
Youve inspired me to get into surf fishing, granted im in washington near the puget sound so the fish arent as plentiful (and pretty strictly limited for edible species, ling cod, cabezon, etc) but its soooo much fun. Thanks for these videos man!
Hey Skipper great stuff. I tried this once I had to go get Pizza lol. One another note I caught your T knot vid, it worked like a charm. One question is there maximum line test weight u reccomend this knot for. Thanks
Recently fished at Myrtle Beach on Labor Day weekend and used some salted shrimp, caught almost every species from Black Drums, large Blue fish, Whiting's, Spots, Jacks, Pompanos, and many more during the fall run! I caught so much I ran out of bait the very first day in 4 hrs! Can't wait to see you guys do some Carolina fishing sometime again, especially if you guys do a video of the Albemarle Sound or other places for drums or stripers or many other fish!
Hey question for ya. How do you maintain your spudnik sinkers?? Seems like mine are always getting destroyed and I only get about 3 months or so out of them. I fish the jetty in Ponce Inlet maybe twice a week or more and I spend a lot of money on spudniks lol. Heck I wish I could even make them lol but any suggestions or hacks I don’t know about would be greatly appreciated love you all
Thanks for another great video. Have you had any issues with the sand getting in the Jackery or the cooktop? I do like the idea of using the battery and cooktop. Maybe plug the non used ports? Cheers!
I enjoy watching you both you're like two peas in a pod 😂I would love to meet you both and fish with y'all glad to see you guys made it through the hurricane and now there is another one but I don't think it'll hit us I'm from the foothills of North Carolina please keep it up I really appreciate your videos
Just fried some bluefish and homemade fries with a couple of adult beverages. Enjoyed the catch, clean, cook video. I have never had ladyfish but, I caught a couple of them last night, along with the bluefish my girlfriend caught, so we are about to try the fishcakes from lady fish.
I see you are wearing your new sunglasses, that DarCizzle gifted to you while fishing together in Jacksonville. Have fun ! Hey Skipper, I've never seen a whiting with stripes like that
Do you know if the speckled trout you catch are the same species as the brook trout (aka speckled trout) that I catch up here in Canada? “Salvelinus fontinalis”
Are you guys de-boning the fillets or do you just cut them in a way where you don't need to pick out bones? Or are you just picking them out of your mouth after each bite?
Monkfish are the poor man's lobster, all of their meat is in their tail. But man, they are freaky looking. I'll have more courage and try sea robin the next time I catch a solid one! Great video as always.

Surf fishers out there, how tall are ya'll's sand spikes and how much length do you like to leave coming out of the ground? I got some $5 PVC ones recently, but this morning they all bent up when I ran into rocks beneath the surface. Not sure what to look into as future replacements.
@@HeySkipper filet like flounder and get 4 slabs. Cook any way you like, fried is fine. I also pan fried in a butter-garlic-lemon sauce and it was very tasty. Bon appetit!
If you use shrimp, then your salted bait, how do we know which bait the fish are attracted to? Show us you catching fish with just your salted bait, please. So we can see what really works
Before I watch this, I just want to know your opinion on salt water cat fish, why not many people like them, I like fresh and salt water cat fish, I don't see many people keeping the cat fish
You totally remind me of my Chinese in laws with your expensive gear. LOL My mother in law has a stainless steel rice cooker that cost 1100 dollars!! ...and she makes sure all her friends see it! My bro-in law is the same damn way with every machine or watch he buys....only Top brands. Buy once cry once I guess??
I just started surfcasting because of You and it is a lot more fun than Lake fishing
Hell yeah 👍 I learned from these videos too and they helped me a lot.

First time watching, you guys are great together! Stay blessed you two!
You guys are blessed! Great enjoyable video! Love it
Like how you show how you thread your hooks. Keep giving info.
You're gonna have a lot of women who have no one to show them. 😊 😊 😊
"The texture makes all the difference." As a former chef, may I say this: Texture is the conductor of flavor. It's one of the undisputable truths of cooking.
That’s a great set up and when ever anything is green it’s better.. I can’t believe you’re eating a catfish lol 😂
Great video. I laughed at your title though. I just imagined watching you walking along the beach picking up fish.
I also use the shrimp heads as bait. They work! Don't throw them away!
Love the video, you guys always make me smile.

Sea Robin Drumsticks, Yum!
It was actually delicious! I was suprised
How do you remove scales?

I have caught a lot of fresh water catfish. Since they have no scales they are tricky to filet. I use special catfish pliers a pull the skin off..
Great video. Thanks
Sweet glasses you got from Darcizzle!
How did you know??
@@HeySkipper I watched Darsizzles video, y'all keep putting out the content and I'll keep watching.
Sorry been in the field(army) for training, yeah gafftop good fried one of my dad's favorite

great video 👍

Spots are a Delicious fish, they are small but they are very tasty!
Yes very true!
Next time Sashimi, loved the concept of trying every legal fish, so many of us wonder.
Smoked catfish is yummy, use apple wood. You need a pair of skin pliers to pull skin off the catfish.
Yum!
Also - I may have missed the vid - have you been shrimping or crabbing down here in nefl ?
Yes we have a couple of shrimping vids out already! Also a crabbing one with using chicken for bait
Well amazing 😊
What electric stove is that?
That northern whiting will call a channel mullet
what kind of stovetop is that??? name and model thanks
Super Video
At least by reputation, the gafftop catfish are better than the smaller hardhead catfish.

I made mine with 2’ stainless steel angle and pvc pipe bolted to it. All together 4’ long. A little overkill but works very well in hard packed sand.
@@saltwaterinmyveins Thanks
You should remove the guts before filleting
congrats on getting first fish that is named ''Channel CatFish''
You threw back the best one- stingray!
I would have but idk how to cook that!
@@HeySkipper filet like flounder and get 4 slabs. Cook any way you like, fried is fine. I also pan fried in a butter-garlic-lemon sauce and it was very tasty. Bon appetit!
Sir you threw the stingray back lol they are actually very tasty js 🙂 I deep fry , that’s the best way for those haha
That’s because everything fried tastes good. 😊
What is the size of the hook?
You two are cute together!
Arm lock eating gonna have to try that.
Haha thanks!
Where are you fishing!
Another cool shirt!
Thanks!
What region of Florida are you fishing?
Are spot fish like croaker?
uku, i would eat the trout, or use blue fish for bait
Skipperzzle
Haha, coming soon!
Hey brother wanted to know if i can buy that worm glow in bulk please
You guys did not catch eat sheep head?.
Didn’t catch one:(
Senko if you want catfish to taste better bleed it. Cut off the tail and drain it. Catfish is one of my favorite fish to eat.
Catfish! 6!
Haha yes
Many body kno how to make that rig
sea robin is an underated fish to eat.
Love it. I can’t believe I didn’t believe in it haha

You forgot to eat the sting ray! They aren't bad, but a lot of work.
I would have but I don’t know how to clean it so I didn’t want to kill it!
Fishing vid, turned muck bang, turned PSA to stay off meth. I love it!
Do you ever bleed your fish out?
Slayyyyyyyyyyy🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I heard stingrays were good to eat and why did you throw it back
About$7'000.00$ amazing!!!
Best way to clean those cats is cut the barbs off immediately when you catch them and peel the skin with pliers.
I’ll have to watch a tutorial on it!
@@HeySkipper if you wait until they die the barbs lock up and it's such a pain!
I’ve been catching those whiting fish and they all have a parasite in them. I would not eat it. I posted a video on my channel.
Every fish you caught was your "favorite fish to eat" 😅🤣😂
Sea robins might be a pain in the butt to clean, but they’re delicious.
Oh yea for sure!
Before I watch this, I just want to know your opinion on salt water cat fish, why not many people like them, I like fresh and salt water cat fish, I don't see many people keeping the cat fish
Too hard to clean and all the slime/guts are a pain to deal with
@@HeySkipper yeah I seen that 👍
We also keep fresh and saltwater catfish. I guess coming from inland we learner to bleed all fish and to filet catfish differently.
Hi I'm india gujarat veraval
Meth is good for the skin Erin everyone knows this
But you are not bleeding it out the fish. The taste is very different than.
No, not all fish are like that. Only very bloody fish
You should bleed every fish it makes a huge difference on taste
I just asked same question why they don't bonk and bleed them
Not for every fish, mainly very bloody fish.
Thank you for naming the different fish species. Anything beyond rocky gorge, and I cannot identify them…. Other than rockfish out of the bay.
You are from
Maryland?
You ate 6 types brother and sister not 5
Bro, you gotta become a reseller of those hoodies since you won't give up the info on where you get em. I'll definitely buy one from you.
Bro those hoodies are dope . Where do I get one?
On the catfish you need to cut their tails off to bleed them. Then cut behind their internal cavity.
