Best observation deck is Summit One Vanderbilt, but also like Top of the Rock.

The architectural boat tour by Classic Harbor Line is excellent.
As of a week ago, Bethesda Fountain was in scaffolding. You can’t go down to the fountain or under the arches. 😕
Best slice is NY Pizza Suprema - 8th Avenue and 31st St.
Really? I was there this past Saturday and there was a marathon…..and the fountain was very much open. Did you perhaps go the day of the fundraiser?
