Honestly design wise, I still think the Kalos Pokemon League is the best one. I mean that building is MAJESTIC. It's a Smash Ultimate stage for a reason!

I thought that was Unova's with the Team Plasma Castle around it... Especially, since N shows with Zekrom and Reshiram.

Literally this is the hardest league so far, bucz of so many strategy of elite four with amazing held item strategy like trick room at the time when i send out. My weavile was decimated
Hardest league if you played the originals, the amount of content creators that have breezed thru this games league because of the friendship mechanic 1hp save is unreal...
And Cynthia gets her own episode! As the Queen deserves.

That Infernape had its hidden ability, Iron Fist… Which boosts punching moves. I wish mine had that ability. And that Medicham knocked out half my team. Toughest Elite 4 I’ve ever done.
The medicham has huge power I believe which makes its physical attack like the second strongest possible I believe
I’m happy they made the game a bit harder. I feel bad for the little kids playing though
Harder?? It’s waaaay easier, I’m playing the game along side the original, it’s not hard, but to b fair, I haven’t got to the elite 4 yet so maybe I’m wrong…

@@jared.1 if that’s the case I better get there and test that out, the G4 champion is iconic too, maybe that’s right, bc my memory is coming back and I remember breaking through the E4 and only struggling on the champion in the original

Yeah, This elite 4 has caused some problems for me. Especially the drifbloom when he gets the 3 minimize off then baton passes to a infernape it’s stressful

i actually used the tm taunt so it cant move the next three turns, then did some damage until it can move again then did taunt and knocked it out
He ain’t no problem with my Luxray with crunch

Laughing at orange thinking he's gonna out speed Cynthia's garchomp. Still out speeds me everytime other than my hasty nature crobat that has like 15 levels advantage or mamoswine with ice shard.
I gave Torterra Quick Claw for him being the slowest on my team. It helped immensely against Cynthia.

Just to clear up the information about flint: the original Sinnoh Dex (diamond and pearl) only had 2 fire types, so flint was made the expert of fire type MOVES, similar to volkner who also had some weird Pokémon on his team but they all had electric type moves. Honestly I like this mechanic and wish it was used more
Ah that makes sense. I like seeing some variety on their teams actually just feels weird since it doesn't happen as much in the newer Pokemon games
In Platinum they give Flint actual Fire-types because they updated the Sinnoh Dex

I am impressed that I beat this in 3 attempts, bdsp is the first real pokemon game I have probably ever played, it was a really long battle because I had no idea what I was doing, but I eventually won

Yeah, I just got to the elite four yesterday and Lucian basically ko’d my entire team, I’ve tried 3 times so far and I’ve always lost to her

Yo, thanks for this playthrough, I can't get these games till my exams get over and your videos are the only ones I know of that shows everything without much editing, making it feel like I am playing. I used your vids during my old playthroughs as well :)
I just noticed that Travolta's ball capsule makes it look like he's wielding electricity
His infernape has iron fists not blaze that’s why his punch moves did so much damage.
I went into the E4 forgetting I had no revives, yet somehow still won.
And a little underleveled compared to Cynthia's Pokemon but still finished

Gosh, going through BDSP E4 and Cynthia in a nuzlocke was SO MUCH FUN AND CHALLENGING. It was the hardest E4/Champion battle IMO
I went into cynthia with 3 pokemon left and Roserade almost won the battle but I did lose
I finished off her Garchomp with my Gardevoir of all my Pokemon, with massive luck.
@@coreyhayes2230 on my regular playthrough gardevoir traced rough skin and finished the battle lmao
@@UmbraStarWolf Using my Gyarados to intimidate and lower Garchomp's attack, while hitting an ice fang, my Gardevoir survived with 5 hp from poison jab, got poisoned, synchronized it back to Garchomp, hit off a dazzling gleam to near death, Gardevoir died, but the poison luckily took it down
I was sure the poison would leave it with one hp or something and she'd fully heal lmao

Using the vitamins before facing the elite four in Pokémon Brilliant and Shinning Pearl which will help you max out your Pokémon’s stats and your Pokémon should be at least level mid 60!

Flint's Infernape has its hidden ability
It's really funny how Munching Orange naming Benedict for a female Togepi evolved into Togetic and then into Togekiss. Benedict is in fact a guy's name.
I actually like the fact that the elite 4 have more varied themed teams in this game.
Not even gonna lie I started playing pokemon when pokemon sun and moon came out only because of u, but make sure u put Benedict first in your party for cynthia first
flints non fire type Pokémon fit thematically with fire tho which is kinda cool
Drifblim cuz it’s a hot air balloon, kept afloat by fire. Steelix is made of steel, which is forged in flames. And lopunny is hot

Just play diamond and pearl version on emulator. They are just the same thing but different graphics and feature
Wassup orange, how is your honest opinion of these games, ive been playing platinum alongside this remake and I gotta say… im personally having a lot more fun on the original, just curious to know your perspective?

I definitely like the graphics of this game especially in battle scenes and the Grand Underground is fun but maybe still prefer Platinum overall due to the added story with Distortion World, more Pokemon variety and of course Battle Frontier

My Gyrados with Swords Dance has swept the first three of the elite 4 in a matter of 15 minutes, first attempt... It's crazy how easy he is making this feel after reading all of your comments !!
Update: I beat Cynthia with my original team members and on my first try!! Gyrados, Houndoom, Blissey, Garchomp, Roserade and Staraptor.
Gyrados and Blissey were the stars of the show. Gyrados swept the first 3 of the Elite 4 for me. He finally ended up fainting in the 4th room, where Blisser began to tank like a beast while I healed him up and ether'd up aswell.
Once I got to Cynthia, we had a great battle and I ended up getting all the way to her Garchomp with all of my Pokemon still alive but very injured. I switched in my Blissey, healed EVERYBODY up using her tankiness, then her Garchomp swept my whole team except my Staraptor. I hit him with 1 Brave Bird, he got me with 1 Dragon Claw with I tanked and then finished with another Brave Bird. GG. Wonderful walkthrough!!
I was so happy when I managed to one shot Cynthia’s garchomp with Dialgas roar of time and it was critical hit cuz I made him hold the razor claw which increases the chance of critical hit ratio. It took me a lot of tries

Head Smash is a good move but it does a lot of recoil so that's not worth it.

I've played through twice and the ways i beat Cynthia were 1. Over leveled and luck with affection. 2. Sturdy bastiidon with icebeam to get rid of yache berry and then palkia with focus sash and icebeam to ko garchomp.

You could've just revived pachy when you were fighting infernape. You lost like 3 pokemon, when you could've just sacrificed one for using revive. These fights would've been easier of you did this strategy

dude in this game happiness is important , u will crit and avoid attack and heal urself from status if ur pokemon loves u, by decreqasing happiness u are reducing those chances
also change the ability of ur rampardos to rocky head. so it wont take recoil

Where did you get the expert belt
Surf south of Sandgem Town at the end of the route you'll find an island with Ramanas Park. Near it is a house with an old man that asks to see a Pokemon of a specific level each day he will give 3 different items, one is Expert Belt
