YES! You're absolutely right! The line 'I'm very grateful....I eat cheese with a grater' is so Schmidt! It's so awesome seeing they're true personalities. Tbh, I'm quite taken back by how quiet Schmidt is....totally was not expecting that! Just goes to show how good their acting is.
