Honestly as far as cramming goes I think I just have too much stuff, I’m working on getting rid of anything I’m not actually using. Like if it’s been in the closet or in a box for a year I’m pretty sure I don’t need that item, you know? So all throughout December I’m going to be working on getting rid of stuff so my home can be free of stagnant energy (and stuff lol) before the new year. If you have a lot of paint and project stuff, I think you should look at it like do I realistically ever see myself painting another wall this color? You know that type of mindset, because of course we can always make an excuse in our mind for why we need something and how that thing can be useful, but half of our stuff we really don’t need. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
No that guy is trying to get into your house. It was no mistake. I don’t bother getting to know my neighbours. It’s nice to know what they look like to know that they belong there but as a single woman, I don’t want people to know when I’m in and out and when I’m not home so people can come rob me. Even with my old voicemail greeting I use to say “We’re not Home” rather than “I”. If you can, get a home phone. Most people only have cell phones but if something happened and you need to call 911, they know your exact location even if you need to remain quiet on the other end. Criminals always try to get rid of your cell phones, keys, purse so you are left with nothing. There’s been cases of woman getting raped by a neighbor watching them as they’re on a balcony so they know when the husband/2nd car is not there. Not trying to scare you but these things happen and people aren’t always decent even if they look like they are. Keep some flashlights and portable batteries to charge up your cell phone and USB devices in case of power outages and a few emergency to go bags in case you need to run from a fire. Just my thoughts. Take care
Some storage for project stuff, see about building a little shelf/built in for your garage. I know its a one car, but if there's some extra space for you to still park I would def see about putting something like that in there.
Depends on what’s available for your area but I like mine because it can be connected with all the smart features in my house and operated from my phone! Along with my cameras!
