Using cooler water when rinsing out your conditioner is to close up your hair cutilces and pores to sclap to help lock in the moisture to prevent frizz
Glad I'm not the only one who uses a grocery bad for my DC cap! 😂 and of course beautiful results. Will definitely use your steps and yes for a DC favorites.
Nashika Little shedding is normal but it depends on how often you detangle your hair. If you're like me and you don't detangle for a few days because you're rocking a twist out or a wash and go then you'll see a lot of shedding when wash day comes because you have comb through it. But if it is coming out in handfuls then that may be a medical issue. But I have a lot a hair so shedding is normal for me. I'll show my shedding in a future video! Hope this helps! ❤
Your hair is just beautiful. Thank you for the tutorial and product recommendation. I typically just make my own deep conditioners, but I'm going to look for this one in the store and try it. I'll also check out your other video of recommended DCs. Thanks :)
I love the quality of your videos. I need to try that superfruit deep conditioner next. I've heard so many good things. It seems like everyone loves it.
Irene Ella Thank you! Yess it's really good and it smells amazing! Detangling is super easy, I've had some deep conditioners that just sat on my hair and I couldn't run my fingers through my hair. But this one literally melts in your hair.
My mother in law permed my daughter's hair without my permission. So fast forward 2 years later her hair is like this weird combination of straight and thick and I just try to keep it trimmed and moisturized. My mom never permed my hair ever so it's challenging to keep my daughter's hair healthy.....
I ain got that beautiful flowing type of hair u got... I got true 4c hair & the shrinkage is real!... it's fairly short & I need to kno wat to do wit my hair after I deep condition it ??? Cuz if I jus leave it out after rinsing the conditioner... it's gonna be a matted mess

Monthly or every two months for health maintenance. Weekly for damage recovery from using heat or chemicals. Use rinse out conditioner when you’re not deep conditioning. Always following up with leave-in conditioner regardless of your routine.
I love the details about when to use hot vs cold water & the shampoo is for the scalp & the deep conditioner is for the ends

The slip looks amazing ? How is it?
For low porosity hair, JUST USE WARM WATER. NO COLD
Will completely dry my hair before conditioning. Can I do it the next day.
I'd recommend doing it once or twice a week
Nice video! Do you put leave in too after you deep condition? 🤔
Very simple. Love your hair!!!
When do you deep condition and when do you just regular condition your hair🤔
