Honey is a wonderful syrup but I bet you would enjoy maple syrup. Here in Nova Scotia Canada it is wonderful on pancakes. To make matters even more yummy we spread butter also on the pancakes. Great energy food for lumberjacks. I only eat this sparingly as I am not cutting down trees but am a 75 year old lady. Lovely and very enjoyable posts, thank you. Happy New Year.
