What color is the handling tint on these? I'm looking for green tinted daily lenses instead of blue. My eyes are very light green and the blue tint changes their color. Thanks!
These are by far, the best contact lenses to me. It's a bit pricy, but I would rather pay to be more comfortable and get more oxygen through my eyes! Now, I only wear contact lenses when I am going outside. When I am at home all day, which happens at least 1 day a week, I wear glasses. By doing things this way, I cut down the expense for my contact lenses.
Same! My eye doctor let me wear a pair home today after my yearly exam this morning at 8am..... here it is 12 hours later and I just remembered I still had them in...I'm sold!
I got samples of dailies total 1 from my optometrist and when I wore them on the first day, I was amazed by the outstanding comfort I felt in my eyes. I wore all the samples and I felt very comfortable in them for very long hours during the day. I ordered a 9-month supply of dailies total 1 and I can’t wait for them to arrive😊
I have astigmatism and these Total 1 lenses are extremely comfortable and fit really well! I literally can't feel them when wearing them. These are perfectly fine for people with astigmatism, so don't feel like they won't work for us, because they're awesome.
Actually, i have a mild astigmatism and i wear these contacts without any problems. Very clear sharp vision. So yes they can BUT only for under 1.00 diopter for astigmatism. (This is listed in the dispensing instructions in the doctor paperwork.
These contact lens are so comfortable from the moment I put wore them, I don't even feel them. I've gone through 10 day trial pairs, then saw my eye doc after 10 days. Doc made adjustment, given 5 day trial pairs. I still see shadow when I read fine prints up close. How long before the shadows go away?
I did the tests for contact lenses recently, and the result shows that I should be wearing contacts with ~13.9 diameter and 8.8~8.9 base curve, which is hard to find an exact fitting product on the market. I ordered trail pieces of alcon dailies total one lenses online and went to my doctor for a test fit. the door said the fitness was a little too tight but should be acceptable, and after the first day of wearing there's no visible problem otherwise than increased redness in the eye. I do have a feeling that something is in my eye during the wearing, presumably due to the tight fit. So hopefully alcon will have their water gradient lenses come in an optional 8.8 or 9.0 base curve form, though I don't see this coming any time soon :(
@@RyanReviewsOptometry the test that determines if the lenses are self centering on the eye and how much movement they have. Now I switched to lenses with 8.8 base curve and 14.1diameter. And I can see 20/15 no problem. The test shows that they still lacked movement, indicating the fit is still too tight. But I have trouble finding any daily disposable lenses with a larger BC.
Not sure why you let the phone companies rob you like that, killer coverage & performance on 5G here in Cambodia we pay about $5/month for 20 GIGs of data and unlimited calls/text. Imagine how insane the profit would be if they charged $10 a month!! Behind the scenes it is the same equipment (antennas, telecom centers) so it shouldn't cost more in one country than another (just like iPhones cost the same worldwide except in communist countries like Brazil that slap on a 100% import tax)

Great review. Just started wearing them cause they have them for astigmatism now. Game changer. Expensive, but worth it.

Thank you for sharing your personal experience!
I love these contacts, I often forget I'm wearing them.

Are they good for seeing far ?? And enhancing your vision

Thank you for sharing. Spherical lenses are an option for some patients with low amounts of astigmatism.

I’m a first timer and had a sample of DT1 it felt so damn comfortable! But hard to take out since im inexperienced LOL
Thank you for sharing
I agree! These are very difficult to remove. I’m still struggling with them (I’ve only worn them for two days). It takes me about 4 tries.
comfort is never cheap
Bingo
DT 1 is now available for astigmatism! Do you have a review on those yet?
I don’t and will release one soon.
Now if only this could come in Multifocal AND Astigmatism LOL… It seems more comfortable the longer I wear them.
They do multifocal
Just circling back to let you know that they do now make a version for astigmatism.

I have a bc of 8.6 and dia of 14.5 can I use this
You would need to be fit and evaluated to wear DT1
I have a base curve of 8.6 also . did you end up using DT1?
I have VERY dry eyes. Would this be something I could wear.
Possibly. Worth exploring with your optometrist!
I also have very dry eyes. My optometrist has ordered a trial for me but I was curious if you tried these yet?
@@MrTimdtoolman1I have very severe dry eyes an these Dailies are perfect. They come for astigmatism now also.
@@tinataylor4203 Thank you for you input, I am looking forward to trying them as soon as my optometrist tells me they have come in.
@@MrTimdtoolman1 I couldn’t use any other. Hope you like them.
I wore my first trial pair of these yesterday and loved it. Also anyone else notice how he don’t blink in this video. A little creepy bruh.
That’s because the Alcon dailies total 1 remove the need for blinking with their Nonblink technology =]
Lol. I agree. Blinking could be done more in a lot of these videos.
He did all his blinking in the beginning
Please blink. It's healthy for ur eyes.
Same price as a mobile phone contract
They’re a premium product.
@Ryan Reviews Optometry Thanks....been wearing them for a year now....are they still the best or is there better multivocals you think please?
