Long Long Honeymoon always hated tofu but your grill changed it into something I love, magical!!
Docs alias meandher
We love our Q1000, we rigged it to connect to the propane setup for our outdoor kitchen. Got the connection adapters and a long 30' hose, so in most situations we can move the grill further away from the trailer.
Y'all are an endless source of amusement. Thank You. So thankful you are doing better Shaun.
That was an awesome video, and for me, very timely! My wife has decided we need something larger than out microscopic hibachi, and the Weber Q seems to be the standard in RV land. Thank you for the great review, the great humor, and as always the fun! I can see a new Weber Q 1200 coming to our RV when the IRS refunds my money! Thanks folks!
loved your time travel.... I think I've seen all those reviews........ thanks again for all your helpful tips, they have been of great value setting up my Rpod ............ and trailering system
Great review Sean! Completely agree. We love ours and we bought the hose kit to plug into our port on our trailer.
Cool ending. Love it!
We have the Q1200 and we think it's great. We found out, as some others have, it will not fit in an Airstream storage compartment! It almost fits but just... won't...go..in!
I have the Q2200 with the cart, use for tail-gating for a few years at games.
Great grill and the add-on's like the griddle are great.
Weber makes a great grill that lat years
I have this same grill, love it, cooks food fast. I converted to low pressure LP gas line so I can use my quick connect LP from my Airstream
You are right on the mark, we've been 5th wheel camping for since 2007 with our Weber 1200, loved every minute of it.
2nd year, I drilled a hole in it's front face near the top and installed a grill thermometer.
Has always been the handiest grill and great for pizza too.
Did someone say Pizza???
GREAT video ! I've had an older Weber small rectangular type portable grill we use RV-ing for over 20+ years. We use it quite often during the Spring & Summer; not so much in late Fall or Winter. I bought a 1 gal. propane can and hose that connects and eliminated the need for those little 16oz green cans. Yes I had an initial investment for them, but it costs about $2.75 to fill it (1 gallon) vs over $3+ for the small (16oz) green cans (128 ounces to a gallon). . It has long paid for itself. I can also connect the hose to my trailer 30# can if needed and I always have the 1 gal can as a backup if I go thru the 2-30# on the trailer. Win-Win.
Thanks for the great review. we've had a larger Weber at home for several years and was looking at the 1200 for camping. Great review and glad they fixed the tank size issue.
Love it! Love the dead sequence too! I hauled a Weber Silver B around for year and finally dropped it off with my son. I miss cooking good BBQ. The little Coleman camp stove I have does not get the job done so I wind up not cooking outside at all. I'll give the 1200 a try, it looks like a perfect replacement for my style of cooking.
Looks like a great grill, thanks for the honesty and theater!
Sean, Another great video and review! I can tell you love making the videos and having fun with the post production. This one had some great scenes after your review. I loved the step back in time! Can’t wait for your next vlog.
We have the Weber® Q 2000 Gas Grill and absolutely love it. It fits perfect in the trunk of our coach. The grill heats up quickly and then cools down quickly so you don’t have to wait an hour or more for it to cool before putting it back in the storage bay. It also cleans up so easy. Weber makes great grills and have for many many years. We love how compact they are and how well the food cooks and tastes when cooked on our Weber!
That was an amazing video, really glad I watched it till the end, the time travel piece was great !
I totally appreciate the effort in filming and editing the outro of this video. That would have taken some time. Love it !!
Great grill. I've been using one for a year now with no complaints.
I did just upgrade it with the low flow Totjik propane kit so now my grill plugs into the quick propane connection on my rv.
I also use a cast iron grill into my bbq. It gives a great even cook, no flare ups, and very little clean up since the grease etc stays into the cast iron...Anyway thanks for the video.
We take the Blackstone flat top grill with us now. Love it. Great job with the vid😀
We bought the Baby Q when it first came out and still using it. The best there is in BBQ's. The issue you said about the old one having a wire guide for only allowing the long tall propane tanks is a easy fix just unscrew and discard the guide. This allows you to use the short fat 1 pounders, been using the fat ones since I took it out of the box with no problems.
Excellent review! You are definitely selling the "sizzle".
Great job, excellent product review!
RIP to Baby Q. Sorry for your loss... and congratulations on your searing Baby Blue. Happy Grilling!
I really enjoy your videos and the products you use and recommend. We use the Weber 1200 also and I bought the Garmin 770 and the Broan Big Heat after watching your recommendation. My wife and I used the Garmin from Florida to California and back and loved it. I wouldn't make a long trip with out it. The Big heat kept our 31 foot RV nice and comfy. I enjoyed this video also even with the frogs, lol.
Yup, the Q1200 is definitely the best of the Weber versions, but, a tad too rich for MY wallet! Well, for NOW anyway! OMG!...I just LOVED the ending!...sooo well thought out! Y'all's videos keep getting better and funnier all the time! Waving, for now, still, from Houston, Texas (grrrrrr!). God Bless!
Absolutely awesome effects! You two make wonderful videos with just the right amount of humor. I had to watch this one more than once! Thanks.
Haha thanks! You must have a healthy sense of humor !!! 😂
My wife wanted the 2200, and it’s a great grill but it’s too big. Love to get the 1200. You guys are so skilled, what an entertaining review of a grIll! Editing a+! Creativity a+! Keep em coming!
We like our Q1200 as well. We switched from the coleman roadtrip due to size and the Weber doesn't flare up when we turn over our "tofu". Lucky enough to find it on clearance also for $75. We buy the replacement tin pans at the dollar tree they are taller than the weber ones and obviously much cheaper. They don't fit perfectly but they do work just fine. Thanks for another great video.
We have the green (frog) Q1200, and we just love it. Great review Sean.
I've been using this model for 5 years. Its great. The drip pan helps keep it clean, no smelly bins in your RV.
I appreciate the creativity!
We have the larger Q and find the burners a pain to keep clean. Therefore, we end up with uneven heating. Agree with everything you said though.
I have found the Coleman Roadtrip grill to be my favorite. Yes it is larger than your grill, but with the variety of “inserts” I can cook a full breakfast on it as well as grilling burgers, steaks, vegetables, and the list goes on. I like ability to use it on its portable stand or just set it on a table. To “eat” his own I guess. Your videos are great, keep them coming.
That ending! Love it!
That ending was awesome!!!
Cool, thank for the entertainment and laugh, needed that...
Forget the grill, I love the ending you did. Very nice. :-)
I don't know what got into you guys, but that ending was HILARIOUS -- and...REALLY well done! Loloho!
Drive thru most any RV park and you will see more Weber Q's than all others combined. Agreed, great video production!
Lmao this has to be the funniest video we've seen to date!!! -Angie
Thanks for the review. I am a charcoal snob and prefer the Weber Smoky Joe. It is a great compact grill and you can make it into a mini Weber Smoky Mountain smoker with a fairly inexpensive DIY Mod. This gives me great versatility in what I am able to cook in a very compact package.
Great video ! very entertaining and educational. thank you.
Ha ha, Nice ending. I can appreciate the time that went into that extra bit. Gratz on 100k.
Love the flash back. Keep up the great work
Hilarious bit of production! Well Done!
Great grill! We have one too, and second everything great about it.
I finally have something you do!😀love my Weber Grill! Funny looking tofu..😆
You guys are hilarious!! Great job!! Is there an adaptor available to plug into the outside propane on RV? Our rig has a hook up specific for a grill. Seems like it would be much cheaper than purchasing the little canisters.
Best product review ever! (I hope Weber treated you right!) Ditto on the best looking Tofu! :-) I can't believe how much editing you had to do to produce the ending. Excellent!
Great review. So hard to find that “right” grill to suit your individual needs. After a fair bit of looking around, we went with the Broil King Porta Chef 320. It’s big for a portable grill but still fits under the truck’s tonneau and runs off a 20 lbs propane. Always waiting for your next review or update. Keep going!
Nice review, liked the flashbacks 👍 never thought I would crave tofu but that looked yummy.
Great ending! Those little Webers are nice! We use the large Camp Chef, 3 burner stove as everyone always ends up at our trailer for meals.. Once that became the norm, we now have our friends leave their food coolers with us.. Our griddle with back splash covers 2 burners & that leaves one burner for hot water for tea. Coffee drinkers are out of luck.. Or any of your other cooking needs.. We did improvise a working Italian pizza oven over 2 of the burners and cooked 13 pizzas that evening!! Two pizza stones, 2 bricks and a dome shaped Weber charcoal grill cover is all that is needed.. Crank up the heat to about 900 degrees and cook!! And we also carry a small smoker, just in case...
I loved the ending. So much fun! LOL
We love our Weber Q1200. Your video helped us make the choice, and this grill is a rock solid performer!
Great to hear!
Hahahahaha!! That was great. Freaky.
I love the grill, especially the electric start and those side trays are very handy. Good review.
Nothing beats the taste of tofu cooked over CHARCOAL... we have a Weber Charcoal grill... love it :-) . Sean your videos are so entertaining... always make me smile :-) .
Good job. I would love to have one of those weber's.
Funny ending.....Thanks for the review and entertainment!
Love the flashback!
Coincidentally this was my husbands valentine gift from me. He enjoyed your review as it’s not been above freezing in ND, so haven’t gone camping and tried it out yet.
We love our Q1200 adapted to use ship's propane via a long hose.
That, my young gray templed young man, was a funny video! We, also, love our Baby Q. We used it with our Instant Pot, to make fantastic pork ribs, in 45 minutes. Absolutely to die for! We love your videos. I think this was the best.
Provide the recipe or it never happened!!! (obviously, just a cheap ploy to get your recipe .....)
Had mine for a couple years now works great! They also sell hose to attach to propane tank. And remember only you can prevent steak stabbing lol
I love the portable Webers, I have a Q2200 if I remember correctly. I have it on a collapsable rolling table. So easy tomjust collapse it and drag it along to wherever I want to set it up. I used to have another mark while other people I was travelling with had Webers. They always finished cooking long before I got my finished because the Weber was so much better at keeping up the temps.
That was awesome. Nice trip through the 4th dimension.
Awesome production!!!!!
OMG! Too funny of an ending!! You have THE MOST INFORMATIVE and FUN videos! R.I.P. little grill! Hope our Chinese knock-off makes it one season. Then, it'll be off to the LoLoHo Amazon Store!
The Weber is really a great small grill. My family loves it. Well made . Cooks great.👍👍
I agree - I have the same, and it is best camping grill out there IMO. I have recommended the same to many fellow campers. Several sizes are available if you need it, but our 1200 cooks for 4 no problem.
Loved the ending, as well as the review :)
Sean! That was cruel and unusual punishment to show that sizzling steak that I’m sure I smelled through the speaker on my iPad thanks so much for your videos. That Hitchcock ending was the BEST!
Bought one this past week love it
Great info. Love the time travel.
great job Thanks fro the info!!
Great Video. Thank you for sharing.
Very cute ending, and creative. You really loved that old grill of yours! You got your monies worth for sure. Great review. Steep price though. Yikes.
Yay! We recently bought the Weber 1200 and LOVE IT! It was one of the splurges we gave ourselves for this year’s camping season. Funny story. We built our camper, so the interior of our camper is all kinds of fun colors. Turquoise and purple. Just a myriad of “fun”. When it came time to order our Weber, I told my Husband that he got to choose the color because he’ll be using it more than me. He scrolled through all the colors and then chose, PINK! That’s right, PINK! I asked if he was sure, and he said “yes”. He said that our camper interior is already crazy colors, we might as well take the theme outdoors as well. Plus, he said it would be a conversation starter (as if our camper isn’t already a conversation starter. Our camper causes traffic jams in the campground. Lol!) So, to make a long story short, after asking him again if he was sure he wanted pink, and him saying “yes” again. We are now the proud owners of a Fuchsia Weber 1200. My Husband’s only complaint? He said it wasn’t pink enough! 😂😂
Good job man you explain this Webber 1200 to the T
I LOVE THIS! That was hilarious !!!
Thanks for the review. Gotta grill some of that thick ToFu myself next trip.
We have the 2200 and Love it!
Cool review, we got the same one on the rv show for a great deal. So a Brazilian churrasco de picanha is waiting here in Utah when you guys pass by :)
We bought this same model last year and it works great. Its light weight, heats fast, cooks evenly, and is a snap to clean. Seemingly can do wonders for tofu too. ;)
Omg!😆👏🏻👏🏻 they need awards for you tube creativity! You would win! 🏆🎭🍾
You two are such a hoot!
We have one like yours. It has been great! It will melt the handle if left on high.
Has to be the best video so far, loved the time zone finish LMAO
Great review my friend!
I love the trippy ending
We love our Weber Q1200. We've had it almost two years and I would personally rather cook on it instead of our big stainless steel Weber 3-burner at home. I converted ours to run off a grill QD on our trailer and I converted the Weber's regulator with a QD so I can also use the little green canisters if I want or need to. This really helped on our Alaska trip last summer when a broken spring hanger gouged the black pipe running back to the rear of the trailer with a QD so bad it had to be removed for safety. I put on a new one since getting back. I think you will be very happy with the Q1200. Ours is also blue. LOL
I had the Q1000 and it was the best RV grill we have owned. I did have to replace the gas regulator once but I would buy it again in a second.
Soooo. funny. Wow close to the big 100K! Good for you.
Funny, informative and a little spooky too. Thanks.
A+ for the amount of quality production. This one must have taken a lot of effort.
I love the creative license on this video. I was wondering if you folks ever heard of the Propane Tank Refill Adapter? We use plenty of those green tanks for heating our ice shanty and for camping in the summer so we found you can refill them using an adapter, large 25lb tank and a set of scales. Found all kinds of videos on you tube and we’re excited to start saving money plus doing something good for the environment...for a change. Might be a another topic for your vlog. Happy Trails!!!
Can never go wrong with Weber. Always quality and money well spent.
Good one. Like the ending, spooky!
LLH - U guys are great. I view that grill like an RV. It'll take lots of bumps and dings and still get the job done. :-)
Sorry to hear of your loss, but the grill looks great!
OMG I’m laughing so hard right now... what an ending! 🤣👍🏼
We have many years of useful service from our Baby Q. Will get the Q1200 when the 1000 dies. Love that Tofu!
Another great product review! We have a Coleman Road Trip and like it but, unless we need to cook for more than the 2 of us, it is a bit big. My wife and I like cooking with a dutch oven and have been looking at the Volcano 3 grill that can be used with propane, wood, or charcoal; has a grilling surface and made to go use a 12” dutch oven. Have you used one and how would it compare to the Weber 1200?
