this game is a masterpiece, didnt finish yet cause the last boss is hard as fuck but this game is sure one of the metroidvanias ever made

Wait where in the lore or the game is it eluded to / inferred. Not what the original myth is. Also are you referring to yi and heng or nuwa and fuxi.
Just finished the 3-phased final boss Eigong yesterday.
The story, charactors, fights, music, arts... Nine Sols is really insane!!
MythyMoo really need to fight the 3-phased Eigong with your great skills, so much fun!!
To do the bell puzzle in the empyrean district, just observe the painting in the room to it's top left.

Can't wait for Myth to see the next boss such a amazing fight (and also hard as nails lol took me 4 hours) Btw Myth I'd recommend doing both endings, the true ending obviously has more closure for the game but the standard ending is still great for the alternate conclusion it provides to the story and how it ties in with the rest of the game. (Standard is picking the dialogue with "Solarian" in it while True is picking the one with "Apeman" in it, usually people do Standard > True but the other way around is also fine and the 2 endings don't really spoil eachother due to the differences between them.)
well difference in boss might make standard > true more correct order, as otherwise it may feel anticlimatic

fun fact: I had at least 7 jade slots by Lady E fight; not sure why you only have 6 slots by now when you can have like 9
also, having charm that lets you regen internal damage by sword attack is very helpful, while "applying talisman stuns" is nearly useless for bosses (they are stopped for nearly undetectable amount of time)
and ofc try saving arrows for phase 2, either to add damage or to stun when boss does crimson attack at bad time (otherwise crimson attack is easy to dodge or UC)

Just finished the game last night. Need to go back and find a few things I missed. Hopefully it unlocks a better ending, because the standard ending is total ass.
lol expecting good ending from a souls game... dw other ending definitely exists, and might be better in some aspects

Why did I feel bad when minkimoo told me he played the game without me? It actually hurt a bit.
Huh, so they were going into the incest route. I suppose that makes sense, considering that it is exactly like nuwa and fuxi in real mythology.
Quick tip: For attacks that are red and leave fire, parrying them usually makes fire not happen and staggers them for a bit. It's very helpful against bosses like fuxi especially.

Did you lose footage or what’s going on here? Feels like you’ve been enjoying this game but you really blew through the second half of this episode. The outro literally came on as soon as the boss fight ended.
