It opens for the 2025/2026 season.

11 n 1/2 months for Football.
However, there will be multiple test runs, internal to stands, conference etc.. From April 2025.
There is talk of concerts pre season but i cant see that happening, maybe something small happening in May, June, July 2025, testing turnstiles, bars, toilets, exits etc..

No way that will be finished in 12 months. Hardly any workers on it

Will be finished this December. Most of the work is going on inside, bars, resturants etc. The roof is near completion now so only the final seats, pitch and the outside fan zones to go via an outside drone flight. Will be frantic on the inside.!!

FAIL, capacity of 52,888 is too small, even a second rate club like Panathinaikos F.C. plays for 70,000 people. 🤣

It's not - as It's a heritage site, very low key.
