Hey, Meghalaya is a very clean state and is well aware of hygiene. Almost at every tourist spot u will find the public toilet hence should not be a problem!

June would be little hot and humid but that is manageable. Just one thing, chances of rainy season may be there, so that can’t be predicted. So you should be prepared for that. Carrying good rain coat is must…
If you are a solo traveller, renting a bike is strongly recommended. I say this by personal experience. I have travelled from Guwahati to Shillong to Sohra 4 times. Three of those visits were on a bike. Now, planning my 4th bike ride.

No, it won’t be possible as it is going to waste almost half a day travelling from Shillong to Sohra or other places and back..
If you are a solo traveller, renting a bike is strongly recommended. I say this by personal experience. I have travelled from Guwahati to Shillong to Sohra 4 times. Three of those visits were on a bike. Now, planning my 4th bike ride.
