I love all these videos on Daytona. But my favourite one is this one simply because years ago I drew and walked from the boardwalk to Ponce. It took me at least 2 1/2 hours to walk one way. And I drew peck plaza, the oceans1-6, the shorter beige colored structures, ( I don't know what they are called), the red lighthouse, and finally, the jetties.CHEERS!
What an awesome comment. I really appreciate that. I'm so glad it brought back a good memory for you. I bet your drawings are fantastic. Thank you for watching. Cheers to you.
Great video, very informative. My wife and I we live in Chattanooga tn and we come to Daytona every year , and one of my favorite things to do is drive down to ponce inlet
I too live in Chattanooga TN and we used to go to Daytona every summer when I was growing up. We ate at Down the Hatch, climbed the lighthouse, visited the museum, etc... I haven't been down there though in about 20 years. I miss it so much. Anyway I really liked this video. Nice little trip down memory lane.
Stumbled across your video. Nicely done. The wife and I have pretty much gone to Ormond beach/Daytona for vacation every year since around 1999 and love it down there. Btw, you ran a red light at the 10:35 mark. lol
Haha. Yes, I did. We love the Ormond Beach area. Glad you enjoy going there every year. Bet you have seen it change a bit in 20 years. Thanks so much for watching. Appreciate it.
Spent parts of my childhood here. For me, it really is heaven on earth
That's cool to hear. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
I love going back most every year since the 80's.
