An uneasy calm has returned to the French overseas department of Mayotte after weeks of gang violence. But people still live in fear, as roaming groups of masked youths target motorists at random. They blame the French government, accusing it of abandoning them. FRANCE 24's Andrew Hilliar reports from Mayotte.
