I work in a warehouse where exactly 27 of the 32 dock employees are Cowboys supports, and or affiliates.
This loss has devastated our company. We've been short staff ever since. Even covid hasn't hit this company this hard.
I’m a Niner Faithful in a family of Cowboys fans. This has been like Christmas for me.
The morning after, I got a call saying that my friend was rushed to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. He's alive and fine, but I went and asked him what happened, and he said that he tried to drink himself to death over how sad he felt over this game.
And I wanted to slap him and tell him "it's just a game, get over it" well I didn't slap him but I told him it's just a game and to get over it. Life goes on.
