Don't put your css skills down, you just explained how to create a sub bar in twitch, import it into obs, and do everything from basic style changes to completely modifying it during which you explained the basics of CSS and how to use !important to tag a value as priority. Awesome video!

Hey Gael, great vid. In regards to whether your text will go out of alignment after cropping, I'd be thinking it depends on how OBS crops. If it actually crops the margins and padding off the original text div, then yes it might. If you centre the text then crop it in OBS, but the original margins and padding from the code remain unchanged, it should be fine. I'm thinking it would be the latter and no issue.
Hey Gael those dot prefixed names are actually called class selectors allowing you to target specific elements to style. Now relying on weird class names like you did has a very high probability to break in the future i.e. when Twitch update their code because those names probably are randomly generated by automated tools unlike other meaningful class names you also rely on. So I would advise you to learn about CSS selectors and find more robust ones that would fit.
This is a fair point, I was looking at those weird class names and wondering who made those 😅 automated naming would make sense. Either this video is a great way for OBS users to begin looking into the wonderful world of CSS.

mine doesn't want to become a square :C, i basically get this: C its not fully half a circle its idk it looks strange idk where i messed up
Set the height and weight to the same value, add the polar shaderfilter. You can try bigger or lower values.
@@Gael_Level i actually did same as u n put it on 1200 x1200 it just seems my bar is not filling out the space n it just looks strange from the start even if i did all step by step and copied the code.

@@Gael_Level OOOOh, i went to see ur link on 1.20 and i did noticed i have more info there mine goes /sub... and that one is a weirdass c, i deleted that out of the browser source and it is a cyrcle now. hm... but i dont have the progress...
