I’d be obliged to comment back.... you’ll love the new stuff..... ooohhhhweeeee if I didn’t have to keep the brand spanking new tutorials exclusive to realworldpdr.com members (I know you are) I think we’d blownthe internet’s mind.
Okay you kept my eyes glued wide open on this job. I thought it was never going to come out and better to replace that rear door, way too much time. You survived the night and the repair. You were on a goal to not be defeated, bet those hammers released lots of frustration too!

Jason Hancock I’m trying man! Looks like I will be able to move into full time movie making (not at all how I imagined my life going). That being said, I better figure out how to do these well if that’s what I’m gonna do!
Like on a trunk of a car? I always just use a hood prop (prop and lock in my case) and something like an edgy hanger from edgy tools. A gutter hook works in a pinch too!
Welp. That’s just a matter of finding a hole and making it work. Take a microfiber and fold it a few times to guard the hole, any damage will be minimal after that. But I do bolt a DD to them when I can.
@@RealWorldPDRTraining shit ok yeah I'm gonna have to make something for the time being! I use s-hooks with rings, but pushing in the middle against the bracing seems to bend and I can't get good pushes
Jim, you da man! Love your videos and excellent explanation of the process, I'm down in Evansville, IN and want to make it up to your shop for a visit someday.
AutomotiveFinishExperts I’d love that! Let me know, we will have it open for ya. Think we are putting on a hail seminar soon. I’m sure you see more than your fair share that way, but we’ve got some sweet low key tool guys that will bring products you might not have seen before. Or just come whenever! We stay slammed so give me a couple of days heads up so I can prepare some time!
Thank you !! This one was fun. A shop we don’t even service sent it because of this channel. They are loyal to their guy which is great, he’s a good dude. Glad he knew when to take a pass, I love this stuff, but it’s not for everyone.
Do I happen to know you in the real world? I see a profile with a gun toting dude who is giving me shit..... thisbhas “my friend” written all over it lol!!
I am going to pick on this video, but I mean this for all demo videos. We are all just here for the demo, not to listen to music. Good demo! Please people, stop putting music in the videos! Yes, I can mute, but I shouldn't have to. I would much prefer shop noise & an explanation or narration.
Smoke Wagon appreciate that constructive criticism. Most of my videos are more focused on the demo. That being said, my guys talk so much shit that would be the vast majority of the shop noise.
I just want to comment again. Love the way this video was put together. Keep up everything....

Haha, this was a good one to showcase, 6 -8hrs isn’t bad. If you keep a few things in mind you can cut a ton of time of the back of the repair!
Fantastico!!! Ottimo lavoro!!
Mind blowing repair !
Great repair
NOT BAD? Bro that is one sick repair!! Good on ya. Love the out takes lol.
Thanks man!!!! Hahaha the new guy was straight pissing me off!

Question! What's the best way to get tool support when pushing on the trunk lid? The bracing is always flimsy! Don't have a dial 😡

Jim, What brand tab puller is that?
Nice work man. Where the heck do you find those 6oz Craftsman hammers for $9??!
You’re right they are 14 bucks. Just did a quick google search. My bad!

You killed it on that for sure. Bout how long did that repair take you?
+Raymond Ezell it was actually split into chunks during spare time over 3 nights I’d estimate probably 6-8 hrs I. Total
Right on bud. If I could get one close in twice that time I’d be happy! Thanks again Jim for taking the time to help us out.
Holy wow!!! Amazing work !! 👍👍🤜🤜🤜
No bad needed, however $14 plus $6.95 shipping!! LOL ;) I appreciate your videos and talent as a PDR tech myself.
