@@satyasatya2059 MCA isn't really necessary you can start with a beginner lvl analytics job after BCA only. You may go for the Google data analyst certificate but it's very basic but will help land the job (but is really not required) then you can pursue certifications which add more value to your portfolio while working.

I could never figure out that I was always self-sabotaging myself, comparing myself with others, which I guess shattered my will to work hard. You should start your research on Google and RUclips. And as per your question, out of all the IIMs, 2 IIM (Indore, rohtak) offer IPM. Which is a integrated program (3+2) consist of BBA, and MBA. So yes you can get into IIM (only these 2) after 12th class. Entrance Exam IPMAT, is on 12june 2021, and registration is open now. So if you think you are determined and smart enough, you should probably do that.
