100%. I really love all the Interlude offerings; however, Interlude 53 at that concentration really adds a sweet and smokey, herbal richness that is tough to compare anything with! One of my favorites in my entire collection of any fragrance house. I think you would really enjoy Silver Oud also if you have not tried it yet. Very sweet, earthy and slightly smokey/animalic vibe.
Your videos on Amouage and the breakdown of notes is just awesome. I know these are masculine fragrances but i love the world of fragrance so much, Amouage is such a unique house, i love learning more about them. You've got an amazing collection!
Always an excellent choice, very much an outdoor woody/green fragrance. With all Amouage has to offer I could probably do 5 different Top 5 lists hahaha
From the men's collection I enjoy mostly Figment (really seems eo be divisive), Interlude 53, Journey, Opus VI, and Overture. Those are my top. My runners up set would be Beach Hut, Memoir, Lyric, Epic and Sunshine. I like the blood orange/cardamom with Boundless, but it's a little too sweet for me. The women's collection has some pretty nice scents.
Absolutely, I love fate man for that reason. Very unique and not many people wear Figment or Fate man but I think both are really well done and smell great in the air!
Im getting interlude 53 as well. I've spend so much, that I have save up so many points that i can get a free full size fragrance from beautinow. Keep it up brother 💪🏽🙏🏽
Amouage is a great House even a lot has changed since Christopher Left but still they are Producing some of the most daring Fragrances and one thing they use a lot of natural oils which is great.

Don't know what to think about Royal tobacco. It didn't blow my mind but I like it. One day we're in love,second day giving cold shower to each other. Let's see how it will behave in cold weather. To be honest I expected more from all the hype he's getting.
I certainly love it but that does not mean anyone else has to. Most peoples Amouage Top 5 will all look vastly different. I prefer Royal Tobacco even over Boadicea The Victorious Tobacco Sapphire and that one is amazing. Cecile Zarokian who is the perfumer that worked on this is world renowned, but her style may be to bold for some. In the video I specifically mentioned Interlude 53 and Royal Tobacco as winter fragrances so hopefully you like it better then; if not it should be real easy to trade or sell it.
Its a shame they don't offer an extrait option on more of their fragrances, I think I speak for us all when I say we would love a jubilation xxv or boundless extrait etc..@@vanglorious854
Late to the party but love these lists, being that Amouage is my favorite house (specifically C. Chong era). I love so many of them, but my personal top 5 in no particular order goes: Memoir Man, Overture Man, Dia Man, Beach Hut Man, and Reflection 45. My honorary mentions tied at 6th would have been Lyric Man/Opus XII Rose Incense. Have the new Dia and Jubilation 40 on pre-order so those could change things upon arrival and wearing 😎 New subscriber. Great video and keep up the great work!
@@universalfragrance Thanks, I think I love almost every Amouage, these plus Royal Tobacco are the ones I'd wear or buy. I also like Opus XIII Silver Oud although I suspect it would offend some. Opus VI is amazing but discontinued sadly. Amouage is one of my favourite houses for sure 👌
I actually get tons of compliments from women on silver oud when I have worn it! They seem to love the funky, woody earthy sweetness. Royal tobacco is another favorite of mine, both done by Cecile Zarokian!@@MusicLover-01

I am relatively new to fragrances but I have sampled about 13 Amouge fragrances at this point and I have come to love King Blue and Silver Oud. Have you had a chance to try them? I loved the Royal Tobacco as well but now those two might be my favorites from Amouage.
I need to try Silver Oud and King Blue. More excited about silver Oud from the note breakdown. King Blue did not seem very well received but I still want to try it for myself!
I have King Blue and silver oud. I have ordered royal tobacco. King Blue is awesome, the drydown is so smooth and long lasting. Opening is sweet and there is a definately a oud in the mid. Silver oud drydown is darker than KB and very nive too. I love them both and cant wait to recieve RT. I have 53 as well and agree that is is special. Nothing beats that. I will say that reflection 45 is more versatile and mass appealing though. Thanks for the great content! Please keep pushing and get more of those special scents like the ethers, extraits, attars etc. All the best

I absolutely agree with you! I did a full review nearly three months ago on Amouage Epic man I believe it is about 20 videos back. The new one is the exact same as my old samples from years ago that I received in 2009-2010 so nothing has changed except the packing. If you look on Amouages website they changed the packaging yet again to the new style sleeved boxes.
Hi and welcome to the channel! I enjoy both Memoir and Journey man alot, just not enough to put in a Top 5 or maybe even top 10 for Amouage! They have legit 20-25 amazing fragrances in my opinion.
How does Interlude 53 perform in the heat? I’ve noticed that “Parfum” or “Extrait” need some heat to “bloom” or open up on the skin. Have you noticed this? Wore My original Interlude (8 sprays) yesterday a couple of hours before sunset with 86°F weather. It was mandatory to be outside for the first two hours, then the fragrance dried down to the most glorious smoky amber, resinous incense with light wafts of vanilla goodness hinted in the background. Stunning!
I think it works great in cool or warm weather because it is so strong. I have worn it in the 95 degree heat before and still enjoyed it, but I have so many other fragrances for high heat occasions I personally save Interlude 53 for cool weather. If I do wear it in high heat, then I spray 2-3 times maximum. 🍻

Typically described as a strong fragrance, “Duro” from Nasomatto is a prime example, 1 hour of projection, then a strong skin scent for 12 hours. Wore it during the Summer with 2-3 sprays boom…problem solved
It is similar except they take out the oregano from the original and add orris is the main difference. Makes it more wearable, but the original is better IMO.
Directly from Amouage is the best way on their website. Joma shop is great and legit but not all of them are available on that site. You need to be careful as AMOUAGE is highly counterfeited, if a deal seems too good to be true then it normally is.
Getting more into them in 2024 along with Boadicea the victorious, xerjoff, Roja Dove plus unique and luxury. Both initio and PDM are under the same ownership I believe. Other than Layton Exclusive and Percival I was not overly impressed with the samples I tried months ago.
