Wow! It's so amazing how fragrance performs differently from person to person. Lyric Man projects for hours and last forever on my skin. Jubilation XXV performs lackluster for me.
I really do find the list to be the most genuine one so far, from someone who seems to actually had time with each fragrance. Every one is pretty much explained but the most controversial ig is silver oud and I really think it deserves that high spot, a smokey wood with a sexy resinous vanilla scent you really gotta wait for it to cooldown which many don’t allow it to
I really appreciate it!! You are right about Silver Oud, it must be worn fully before a verdict is reached. Since it was my personal favorites list, I had to put it at the top or near it. Certainly not the most popular fragrance but to me along with Interlude 53 and Royal Tobacco it is some of the best work from the house of Amouage. Silver Oud represents the house style beautifully.
Thankfully the mint just goes along with the woods, green notes and other ingredients! That would be a horrible main note if it was very prevalent 😂....And yes, the bottles are amazing quality!
@@universalfragrance I'm hoping I will. I have been keeping an eye out for anyone offering decants. It's probably still a bit early but I'm hoping it's close. I liked the original but I'm one of those people that goes nose-blind to iso-esuper really quickly. After fifteen minutes it was gone. As opposed to something like Interlude or Royal Tobacco that I can still smell on my pillow three days later. I heard that they decreased the iso-esuper to a third of the original. As well as made it darker by amping up the oud and adding a bit of a piney note. I actually heard it compared to Initio OFG with the saffron, which I absolutely love.
Great collection and great vid! I cannot rank my Amouage fragrances as they all serve their own unique purpose depending on the situation. So far, I own: Interlude Black Iris, Royal Tobacco, Enclave, Epic man, Overture man, Reflection Man, Beach Hut Man. I love them all equally :). Happy holidays!
It was great watching your video on Amouage, and I must say, your collection is really expanding! I've got my top 21 Amouages now, and I've been a bit obsessed with arranging them in my order of preference: 1. Interlude Black Iris 2. Overture Man 3. Opus XIV Royal Tobacco 4. Overture Woman 5. Interlude 53 6. Opus XIII Silver Oud 7. Epic 56 Woman 8. Jubilation XXV Man 9. Epic Man 10. Journey Man 11. Reflection Man 12. Gold Man 13. Imitation Woman 14. Lyric Man 15. Boundless 16. Interlude Woman 17. Bracken M 18. Memoir Ma 19. Material 20. Figment Man 21. Myths Man I totally agree with you on Interlude 53 and Opus XIII Silver Oud, they're like powerhouse fragrances that just stick around, no matter what! Thanks a bunch for putting together that video. Amouage truly stands out as a prestigious and luxurious house, especially among us fragrance enthusiasts. Wishing you a fantastic year-end vacation! 😀🥳
Man, I had trouble ranking 13 so I cannot imagine how difficult 21 would be!! Our Top 10 is pretty similar just in different order. I'm glad I mentioned Black Iris in the video as being someone's #1 as it is a more wearable version of the OG Interlude; although personally, I prefer the 53. Great list and happy holidays to you and yours!!
@@universalfragrance Ranking Amouage fragrances is tricky, it seems unfair because nearly every one of them could claim the top spot. Currently, I've placed Black Iris at #1. It has a darker vibe, contrasting with the brighter Interlude OG and Extrait 53. I agree, Interlude 53 is a powerhouse in terms of strength. I wear OG and Extrait on winter mornings, while Black Iris is my choice for evening nights throughout the year. Notably, there's no significant difference between the three, except that Extrait 53 and Black Iris share subtle nuances, then making Black Iris like "wearable version." Happy holidays to you too!
wow, silver oud number 2? ha! that's bold. it's actually my first purchase from the house. i'm surprised someone else loves it besides me lol. very unique and unlike anything from the house. i wore this and it's so smokey, burnt and funky. i love it lol. i want to make a fragrance channel soon!
I would not really say it is that bold considering these are my personal Top 13 favorite from the house and not the 13 most popular in general. I was shocked by how many people love Silver Oud from the comments I have received and also how many women seem to love it on a man. It is a very complex and unique fragrance for sure!!
Thank you! I was supposed to get a sample when I purchased Jubilation 40 direct from Amouage. I have heard mixed reviews which makes me want to try King Blue even more hahaha
Sorry to hear that have you trouble getting the 45 extrait in the UK. I have journey man and smelled/ wore my friends bottle of enclave. Both are enjoyable but much prefer these personally.
My top that I own: royal tobacco, Journey man (holy cow), reflection, reflection 45, boundless, search. What do you recommend for forward mint heavy amouage- enclave or beach hut? I loved jub 25 but since did not last on my skin.
Thank you! These are unedited reviews and I say the name of each fragrance 2-3 times or more while reviewing them; so, I do not foresee that happening. Sometimes I would do time stamps, but analytics showed people would just fast forward to the top 2-3 fragrances, so I stopped. It's all opinion so it would be a shame for people to miss out on some great fragrances just because I have them ranked lower.
I need your help if you know about this. I want to buy Beloved, Bracken, Epic, Journey and Beach Hut but I can only find this new boxes so I was eondering is the smell tje same and also the perfomance as older bittles is the only diffrence in the packecing?
The only two I have compared between new and old packaging are Beach Hut and Overture; thankfully, they are the exact same! I am not sure about the rest but that is a good sign. Some say Jubilation xxv isnt the same but its also hard to compare new bottles vs others that have been aging and macerating for a long period of time. Some may need to sit for a while and others seem to be good to go right away.
Love Journey man, great fragrance but I much prefer these 13 over it. Journey man is Tom Ford oud wood in the opening and Bond no.9 Brooklyn on the dry down so it just does not have a place in my collection for a full bottle. I own both of those and multiple other tobacco fragrances I enjoy more.
I specifically mentioned black iris as being a potential #1 while speaking about Interlude 53 depending on your preference between the 3 Interlude offerings. All three are great fragrances IMO
when did you get your bottle of lyric man? i love your description and my first sample smelled "almost blue," but all other samples and decants I've gotten, including a non-magnetic cap tester smelled like potpurri and was a bit more "stale." i've been searching for the more citrussy and piney lyric man
It was the newest packaging purchased 6 weeks ago and I love it! Similar to my old samples but more citrus, pine and frankincense giving it that slightly “blue” quality with the rose
They didn't send a sample of King Blue when I ordered my Jubilation 40 extrait direct. After hearing 90% of the people say it has a fecal smell, I'm not sure it would have made it anyway 😂 but I still really want to try it!! Happy holidays to you and yours!
King Blue is gorgeous. The fecal oud is the same as the cumin in Fate... Not designed to be smelled directly off the skin. It has the most incredible warm sillage.
@@universalfragranceI can tell you they right I bought a sample of king blue and that funky smell to it the oud is real 😅it’s gone be sitting in my closet for awhile lol after it dies out a 🫐 smells comes
Appreciate that. No difference that I have found at all between the newer packaging and my older samples! I will say most natural fragrances if kept away from light and extreme heat, do tend to get better with age IMO
There are a few that capture that very well. Xerjoff 40 knots, Tom Ford Costa Azzura and Uniquee and luxury Akdeniz are the first that come to my mind!
I would say Lyric man is the only one from Amouage that gives a blue vibe with the citrus, pine and Frankincense. Epic man kinda does with the berry essence but its more green, spicy and woody to me.@@nikosnoulezas

Not totally in order... Memoir Man, Jubilation XXV, Overture Man, Imitation Man, Epic Woman, Myths Man, Portrayal Man, Reflection 45, Sunshine Man, Silver Oud. Can also make it 13 and add Epic Man, Memoir Woman and Interlude Black Iris.
Bracken and Sunshine were both classics but apparently did not sell that well. I liked them both a-lot and had chances to buy them but never did, I preferred beach hut man to them both, so I purchased that instead. Amouage needs to bring Christopher Chong back asap!!
@@universalfragranceyeah I owned Bracken man , sadly no back up bottle 🫠. Love beach hut man . In my top 5 for sure but iv only owned / tried maybe 10 at best
Great list, sad to see Sunshine man go away. I had a chance to buy it a few years ago for around $200 and passed. Looking back now I wish I would have just grabbed it just for nostalgia.
1ª interlude 2ª silver oud, 3ª royal tobacco.
Great choices!!! Amouage is such a deep house
Gold is one of my favorites. Very mature. Very acquired taste. Not for everyone.
Wow! It's so amazing how fragrance performs differently from person to person. Lyric Man projects for hours and last forever on my skin. Jubilation XXV performs lackluster for me.

You are right. This has to be based on preference, for me Interlude 53 is way too strong with that smoke. Scorched earth smell.
Absolutely!! I can see how it could be way too much for someone. Appreciate ya
