Great Video, those fan cycle controls are notorious for failing. If it's out of warranty, i would just install a aftermarket penn fan cycle control.

Hey man thanks for your videos! The full dissasembly came in handy for my PM work. Could you demonstrate how to do the 8000 Hour Bushing check? Seems like that needs to be done to get rid of the service LED red light.
What machine are you talking about? Make and model?

I’ve worked on a lot of these new indigo nxt ice machines. I replaced so many of those fan cycle switches from warranty

Awesome tip! I admit that I usually overlook this. I’m trying to be better.
If you don't have an easy way to plug it directly, snip and wire nut to test, they always give out on those tho.I've been there with the birds nest 😑
