    Here are some practical tips that summarize my approach to eating. A healthy relationship with food and our bodies is sooooo important to well-being! Rather than a strict, micro-management approach, I prefer parameters that are easy to live with. As with my approach to ballet, joy and emotional well-being are key! Yes, imagine if we were taught this as kids in school. There are so many unconscious bad eating habits that start in childhood. The world would surely look different!

    Avalyn is wondering what your favorite snack bars are, she says she eats lots of fruit as they are her favorite especially Grapes and blueberries.

    • @everydayballet
      @everydayballet  3 года назад +3

      Hi Avalyn!! I really like Kind bars-they are a combination of dried fruits and nuts. I also like to eat pecans or walnuts with dried strawberries. I love grapes, too! Blueberries are something I like to put on cereal and oatmeal (or in pancakes!). 💕🩰🥰🦋🌷

    I can agree with all of this and even though eating healthier tends be expensive sometimes but im still trying of course. Personally i believe all things in moderation especially when it comes to cookies

    Hi I want to be a balletdanser ( did it as a child for a few years ) but I am 'old'. What is the best way for me to reach a good professional level on a late age? Thank you

    • @everydayballet
      @everydayballet  3 года назад +4

      The way to achieve a good level with your ballet training is to practice often and with close attention to good technique! Becoming good at ballet is slow process that takes persistence and care. This is why doing ballet is also wonderful life training! I hope you will start ballet and discover how wonderful it is for body and soul! :-D

      Thank you for asking this question and thank you for this answer! My mom was always so worried about the social pressure of ballet that she forbade it, but I'm 28 and live alone so now I can do what I want! 😁

    Um,, I am 13 year old girl I just want to ask you a question
    Whether I have to stop eating chocolates and chocolate biscuits from now . And is it my best age to learn ballet ??

    • @everydayballet
      @everydayballet  3 года назад +4

      Please DO NOT stop eating chocolate & biscuits! These are fine in small amounts! I love chocolate and cookies--I just try not to over indulge with big portions. Also, you can start learning ballet at any age, but 13 is a wonderful time to do so! I hope this helps!

    • @velisetty8a415

      Thank you very much 😊😊😊 for replying and one more thing I heard ballet is the most difficult dance and how long it takes to stand on tip of the toes

    • @everydayballet
      @everydayballet  3 года назад +2

      With regular practice and good technique, getting to pointe shoes will take anywhere from 1.5 to 5 years. This timeframe varies based upon many factors, and the journey to pointe work is a very individual one. 😊🩰🌸
