Sitting alone upstairs, beside the window as it is dark and chilly outside! This music fills my heart with somewhat sadness as it reminds me of my precious wife who left this earth from the wicket and sneaky ovarian cancer that took her life only 10 days from admitting her to hospital with an inflamed abdomen! This will be 6 years this October that I lost my best friend and truly only friend. Life alone with memories is hard but I know one day my heart will stop beating and I'll be in her loving arms once again with God's mercy! Love to all those who's hearts are broken and beyond repair, I pray that God gives you the strength to carry on.

I lost my mom at age 12. My sister died from cancer at 59. My ex boyfriend died from a brain tumor at 27 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 30 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.
Since then, I love music and music that keeps me at peace 🥺
My sincere condolences to you. I lost my grandpa at 68. It really hurts, but we need to stay alive further. God hears us and can help to each other.

I'm a writer, and three days ago, I lost four recent months of my work saved to an email because of a malfunction on my phone. Because of what was written, it was the third most devastating loss of my life. After crying all day, I sat on the edge of my bed and listened to this video until 3am and cried deep, heavy sobs. I am high functioning autistic, and part of that for me is living with sensory integration disorder. I can morph music into physical feelings in my imagination, I smell certain colors. There’s more to it but my point is that with these waves, they morph me. It’s incredible. It changes the density of the room as well as the width of my conscience. I can feel it relieve me. I can feel the vibrations saturate my entire atmosphere. Then I’ll change to another one of your videos and watch the room change, feel my conscience change, and enter another realm of vibration. It’s amazing. It’s truly therapeutic.
From someone who is neurologically different- who sees the entire world differently- I am blessed to have found this treasure of a channel so that I can resort to these when I need alignment and balance once again. It’s truly transcendent and an incredible experience.

3 years ago, I was physically and mentally exhausted. I found this song and listened it to relax and sleep. It did take me deep trance or something like that everytime and it still does do that.
One really bad evening I decided to start a journey back inside me to find out where I lost the spark to live.
It has been wonderful journey and I encourage all of you to stop and start to think, forgive, love and live.
Past is a gone and there is nothing we can do about it. Future is not here, so we dont need to worry about it. What we can do, is live NOW. Now you can change your life, love and be loved.

This is the only video that makes me sleep. I never am the type to leave many comments on youtube, but when i'm going through a rough time and need to somehow make myself sleep, I turn off all my lights and use a faint blue glow light in my room, then i close my eyes and I imagine walking through a grey, bleak field at night, until suddenly I look up and i see miasmas of cosmic forms in the sky and auroras. Then, I imagine myself drifting off into the universe, watching earth get farther and farther away, floating away isolated into the stars. Near the time i fall asleep, my imagination takes a turn to a post-apocalyptic type of aftermath of a space empire. I imagine myself on a crystal balcony, wearing something flowy, on the moon and i feel a deep calm sense of "I made it, I made it to this. I won." Thank you if you read this.
I wouldn't use a blue light by the way for the reason that it decrease's the release of certain hormones that promote sleep. (Something like melatonine or something don't quote me on that.)

I discovered this music in 2016 and it has been my good companion in the deepest moments of my life. Today I got the news from my parents that my dog is very sick and will probably pass away between today and tomorrow. I live far away, so even though the last time I saw him I took some time to say goodbye because I knew it was the last time I was going to see him, it is hard to see that his time has come.
I knew where to go to find comfort. And even through this difficult time, I manage to think about all the good memories and things I learned to him. Even in the most difficult moments, I know that I can put this video on, and somehow things will end up in their place. Been really struggling with depression for while now going on almost 3 years now from not being able to see my kids and being left with only my thoughts and regrets and the what ifs among other things. It brings tears to my eyes to see so many heart filled messages on here. It gives me some hope that it will get better. So I try every day I'm not perfect. Man not seeing your kids for 3 yrs is tough, I hope you are able to fix that in court and find a way to see them. I see my daughter on the weekends for 48 hrs Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... I have been listening to this sort of calm and soothing music for about a year now and today i finally decided to leave a comment. I see people write " stop reading the comments & go to sleep ". I guess why everyone reads these comments including myself is because the world around us today is not so positive. I truly know how much emotional pain losing someone can cause. Back in 2013, I lost my Dad, my Grandpa, and hardest of all, my first cat whom I raised from a kitten. The one thing that keeps me from feeling depressed about it is knowing they are all in the place they should be in, and someday I will join them, in my own time, after I've lived my life to the fullest. My story:
I haven’t been sleeping well. My Grandma just passed away and it’s been really hard. She was the nicest person I’ve met. She had a cabin up north and it was amazing in the summer. She had a House right outside a beach. I remember once I was floating around and then I put the floatie back by the shore. 5 minutes later, my floatie is about 50 feet away from the dock (the dock is about 100 ft. Long). I had to swim out there and retrieve her floaty. It was a good experience, getting something for somebody else. About 5 years later, my gramma was 87 when she died. A week earlier we were pulled out of school to go the 6 hour drive to see her because she they said she wasn’t going to live the night. When we woke up, she was still alive, but was weakened. We went back home and the day after Halloween, she was gone. I cried for 25 minutes. My cat was one of my only hopes, but now she hasn’t been eating. Anything. I tried everything. Canned tuna, canned chicken, new food, kitten food. Nothing is working. I think by the end of the week she’ll be gone. She was this chunky cat. Now when you pet her she feels just like skin and bones. She only drinks a bit of water everyday. When I come home I just hope she’s still alive. She sits next to her food bowl and doesn’t even try to eat it. She just looks at it. She barely has the strength to walk. All this has happened in the last week.
This video... it’s let me press pause on all of my life. For once, I can rest. It makes me feel like I’m not alone. I can’t thank this music enough. You earned yourself a subscriber. Thank you so much. God bless all of you.
EDIT: 10/31/17 I finally decided to take my cat to the vet. She couldn’t even see the doctor. She looked at me, meowed, and fell asleep. Never to wake up. We couldn’t even see the doctor. They took her from me. MRM, I need you.
Edit: 11/20/17: I told my friend about My cat. She said that her cat had kittens and I could adopt one. I was so happy! I needed another thing in my life. It’s been about 2 weeks since I went over to see the Kittens. They are almost ready to be adopted. They just need to be housekept. (That means learning how to do your business in the litter box and not on the floor.) I am so happy, it’s like this video has blessed me. My life is turning around. Thank you to everyone that is still reading this long-as-heck comment! Love you all!
Edit 11/27/17: Got my new Kitten! Had my old cat cremated. Me and my family will always remember her. Thanks to everyone who liked this, My life is turning around. ♥️ Meditation Relax Music, I wish I could run away with my Kitten in one hand, and these sounds in the other. (I realize you cannot hold a sound, this is theoretical) You make my nights better. Thank you so, so,sooo much! P.S. I wrote all this with my phone... my thumbs are so sore.
