This was awesome. First of all there was great teamwork by both of them. Second of all there was no music. Third of all you could see his joy of the craft when he was doing it and when he stopped. I woodwork and I love doing it. Doing the craft is fun and when your done and you get to see all your hard work it is so rewarding.
They will make you take video dow if music. No glasses is big no. I have friends always in sorts n open shoes in Australia. Crazy but done all the time. Not for me. good shoes n long sleves fo me. Always glasses for eyes.
Lol. He's very skilled. My mate is a master stained glass craftsman 37+ years. He's saying this man is VERY skilled and handles it quickly. He's got total control and knows what he's doing for sure.
Outstanding! I have two uncles that worked in glass factories back in the 40's and 50's. Both of them in their 80's still talk about how much they loved working with glass! Thanks for sharing you are with us! It is truly magnificent!
+Will Graham how the fuck did end up watching a pumpkin being made...... i just wanted to know if i could heat up my glass bong without shattering it to see if my BHO shatter would still work cuz i found out Titanium nail once heated make me sick titanium fumes even from Grade 4
Thanks for sharing this video. My young daughter is between schools, so each day I try to answer a question on how things are made. Today it was glass. And she got such a kick out of this. You seemed happy with the results, too. Many wishes for a nice holiday.
Geez, I'm such a sucker for these types of "how it's made" videos! I blame growing up watching Mr. Roger's Neighborhood! Lol great job, beautiful pieces!
This is like therapy and art together, that is cool. For the guy who commented "he can make a glass pumpkin but can't make himself smh" i wanna say this .... your comment is sad just like you are, i believe you want to have the power to create something cool just like this guy did, as simple as it is the pumpkin glass he created is still very nice, i do not know how to work with glass at all and if i knew i would like to be steady and patient as this guy seems to be dong his work. The road i have to travel on my learning experience on this life is long and i believe i did not travel half of it yet but for you the road is twice as long.
Such a great form of art. I'd love to learn the skills someday. Seeing the smile on his face at the finished product tells me that's a great job to have!
Micah Montoya As long as the glass doesn't have an air way to allow lots of heated air flow through into the lungs it doesn't really have huge potential to cause serious burns to the throat and lungs.
twittle dee tweetle dumb... granted excess dialogue is annoying but paraphrasing the principle even if it needs dubbed in later isn't such a bad thing.... visual only accounts for 60% of communication.
Nice: working with someone in close quarters with somthing that hot one mistake you you burned somone with a scar that will last a lifetime. So you have to be in a dance with each persons knowing what moves and when the other person is doing. It's a melted Dance with an artistic result to look at.
that is amazing craftmanship sir. im only 23 and i would give almost anything to learn the skill of glass blowing items like yourself. i love old fashioned crafts that are loosing the spotlight and wish that the youth like myself had the time and funding to learn
I have some questions about this: 1. Why doesn't the glass burst in the oven if you have blown air in the glass? 2. Is bursting glass a danger at such a job? 3. If yes, is wearing an eye protection recommended?
Because the air can escape through the blow tube. If it was shut off it would create a vacuum and break. Bursting glass is a danger at any time. When working with hot sharp things one should wear eye protection. There you go.
this was the coolest thing ever, I must have been distracted at the start, or my computer lagged and I missed the part that said what it was going to be so I was totally surprised when I saw the final result, so cool.
Be careful...eyes are too precious to risk. My grandmother was blind and I am losing my sight. I was worried because I have seen so many other glass artists wearing protective colored lenses.
Pedro Bermudes No, of course not. For the 1000*c temperature air to reach his lungs, it would need to travel the length of the entire tube, it should take more than the volume of air that is in the pumpkin to do that, I would say.
Pedro Bermudes The mouthpiece is not one way. And anyone that knows how to do this knows not to suck air in because it's really freaking uncomfortable.
Pedro Bermudes its not like a balloon,. There will not be a real buildup of airpressure because the glass expands and does not go back to its original size.
This was awesome. First of all there was great teamwork by both of them. Second of all there was no music. Third of all you could see his joy of the craft when he was doing it and when he stopped. Nothing quite like making something beautiful using patience, finesse, skill and extreme amounts of thermal energy. Awesome stuff!

***** It's okay. At least we don't openly anal probe people in outer space.
We have a little more dignity in the community than that.

Kalle Söderberg Always happy to entertain at the cost of others.

What a masterpiece. You guys are both very talented. I enjoyed seeing the whole process, the way you molded the glass was astonishing
Such a great form of art. I'd love to learn the skills someday. Seeing the smile on his face at the finished product tells me that's a great job to have!
I take my hat off for a job well done, a true masterpiece. You, sir, make it look so easy.
Thanks for the nice compliment. He is still going at it!
It's beautiful! This takes talent and experience to craft.
In awe at the size of this lad. Absolute unit!

THIS is art. That whole process was amazing to watch
Wow…that is artistry and craftsmanship at its finest. Those are gifted hands on that glowing glass. (Nice shop, too!)
How bad would it be if you accidentally sucked on the pipe. Like scalding hot air down your throat?
Did you hear about the glass blower that sucked? He got a "pane" in his tummy.
Bud um! Tish!
Micah Montoya As long as the glass doesn't have an air way to allow lots of heated air flow through into the lungs it doesn't really have huge potential to cause serious burns to the throat and lungs.
Breaking good oh bby.
+Micah Montoya As you can see, this has already happened - why do you think he is so fat?
+Breaking good you're disgusting and shouldn't be on the internet
these guys are far too chatty!
I had to mute the video why can't they just be quite :(
i know they breath all the time its so annoying!
+Bindo probably saving their energy for pillow talk later.... lol
twittle dee tweetle dumb... granted excess dialogue is annoying but paraphrasing the principle even if it needs dubbed in later isn't such a bad thing.... visual only accounts for 60% of communication.

+ReVo Nyro Bare-handed?
+ReVo Nyro Imagine having ceramic limbs that you can control with your mind. You could play with glass with something like that.
PianoMastR64 yeah but I wanna feel it like what if it was warm not 4000 degrees

Nice pumpkins man. That's an intense process. You seen that guy who can shape a glass horse in like 60 seconds? I'll try to find a link.
ruclips.net/video/5X5siF1QS6M/видео.html
The no reheat horse is actually a skill test.
I love how they've probably worked together for long enough that they don't need to talk much.
You guys make a good team. Perfect teamwork without even saying a word!
Nice: working with someone in close quarters with somthing that hot one mistake you you burned somone with a scar that will last a lifetime. So you have to be in a dance with each persons knowing what moves and when the other person is doing. It's a melted Dance with an artistic result to look at.

that is amazing craftmanship sir. im only 23 and i would give almost anything to learn the skill of glass blowing items like yourself. i love old fashioned crafts that are loosing the spotlight and wish that the youth like myself had the time and funding to learn

that was relaxing to watch
That's AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
such an awesome vibe just from watching that..nice n quiet and not stressful..seemed that way anyway. very cool
Damn, you make it look so easy. Respect.
I have some questions about this:
1. Why doesn't the glass burst in the oven if you have blown air in the glass?
2. Is bursting glass a danger at such a job?
3. If yes, is wearing an eye protection recommended?
I have same questions... would really like an answer
Because the air can escape through the blow tube. If it was shut off it would create a vacuum and break. Bursting glass is a danger at any time. When working with hot sharp things one should wear eye protection. There you go.
Lol Thanks man.
Satan Ofcourse you like the grim reaper, you are satan after all, right?
You should make the top removable so you can store stuff in it
Said the moose
+MrLonely lmao
Brilliant! Skilful work. He made it look effortless and he clearly loves his craft. A pleasure to watch.
this was the coolest thing ever, I must have been distracted at the start, or my computer lagged and I missed the part that said what it was going to be so I was totally surprised when I saw the final result, so cool.

JoAnn Abbott haha..
- Lucifer it wasn't funny.
JoAnn Abbott he is not thinking. Even I wear safety glasses in case something happens.
That is Beautiful and you both are master glass creaters and molders.
Loved it! My first pumpkin is in the mail. I can't wait to see it! 🎃
so cool
WOW!!!!
That looks amazing!
AWESOME!! :) And his smile at the end telling everything ;)
How to make a bong
Haha I was thinking the same throughout the whole vid
I bet they aren't cheap.
Wabefuhon Yeah
$50 for $0.30 of sand
Tobias Whittaker
Them's good profits.
Wabefuhon Yeah, espescially how little time they take to make
There is a lot of overhead to glass work. The amount of heat required takes an enormous amount of energy (read: money).
droid true that
That was honestly some of the coolest shit I have ever seen.
Always great to see a Skilled worker loving his work .. thnx for the upload
4:08, its looks dangerous! if the air come back, he comes around 1000°C right?
Pedro Bermudes No, of course not. For the 1000*c temperature air to reach his lungs, it would need to travel the length of the entire tube, it should take more than the volume of air that is in the pumpkin to do that, I would say.

Pedro Bermudes its not like a balloon,.
There will not be a real buildup of airpressure because the glass expands and does not go back to its original size.
The air expands due to the intense heat. It will come back out of the pipe, that's why you don't breathe in.
is that you kevin james?
pon😢💰🏀💼🏈😈✔😎
No
Glass blowing is a fascinating process. Love it.
Amazing! What an inspired talent. You make it look so easy!
did anybody else come here to try to learn to make crystal meth from sand? I did
mahahahahaHAHAHAHAHA!
Say my name!
That barking dog is annoying.
Job done right. A person of work and then smile. Perfect combination.
Truly a work of art. Bravo!
this is cool but who dafuq buys a glass pumpkin and for what purpose?
Jmac strictly decorative
I have one in my room. I like pumpkins.
These people are basically making glass breath holders. This is so cool.
No hype, just talent. Love it.
that is so neat! I wish I could be someone's apprentice and learn how to work with glass. enjoyed watching
