For those wanting an idea of property prices, this one cost around £21k..there are plenty cheaper and plenty a lot more expensive. Of course with the more expensive properties, some work may already be done or have more land attached. Hope this helps. 👍
@@FKxf3030 Not true. Property prices in Bulgaria have risen a lot and continue to rise. It depends on where it is, but if it's in a big village, they bought it for nothing. A lovely property, it looks like the previous owners have taken good care of it.
@@skokondrela77Hey, I don't mind English people spend their money of these prices for the houses in Bulgaria and then renovate and then trying to sell and go back to England! 😂 I love when English teach me about my mother land! There is plenty cheap property for sell in North England for about £25k which you can purchase and renovate!
dude, this house is huge for a Bulgarian village. Someone had a lot of money back then when they built it. Cozy, warm welcoming, and look at all the books (please donate them to a library, don't throw them), its just amazing ! Congrats ! Don't forget to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and all sorts of vegetables in the garden. There is so much history in this house with all the old stuff in it.
I know..lol Everyone we've spoken to local, says it's a good house..built as a farm and built well.. We just felt at home wandering around..weren't looking for anything more than a base to continue our travels from.. 🤷🏻♂️ we'll be looking into how best to deal with things like the books as I'm fairly sure I'll never grasp enough Bulgarian to read them.. a library sounds like a great idea tho, thank you 👍 take care 😊🙏
Here are some interesting facts about Bulgaria. In Bulgaria there are 39 mountains, 325 larger rivers (more than 20 km long), 378 km of sea coast, 200 km of beaches, more than 400 lakes, more than 6000 dams and artificial reservoirs, more than 500 mineral water sources (second in Europe after Iceland), 53 types of soils, about 100 species of mammals, 426 species of birds (second most in Europe), 207 species of marine and freshwater fish, 61 species of reptiles and amphibians, over 30,000 species of invertebrates, 3,700 species of higher plants and over 6,500 species of lower plants and mushrooms, 3,600 types of herbs and over 42,500 objects of cultural and historical importance (third place in Europe). Combined with great history, traditions, culture it's a heaven on earth! Enjoy!

@@LillaHusVanlife Bulgaria is certainly the oldest country in Europe. When Bulgaria was created and was an empire, none of today's countries in Europe existed.

Welcome to Bulgaria from a Bulgarian who has been living in the UK for almost 24 years! The house is very beautiful and has a huuuuuuge potential! It is like an unpolished diamond! 🙂 Enjoy the Nature, the traditions and the people!

Hello! There are gorgeous carpets and old folk costumes that are priceless! Donate them to your local museum or take great care of them! Donate books to your local library/community center or school! I wish you great happiness in this new home! Welcome to Bulgaria!
You can also save some photos from the previous owners and donate them to the Archives or find their relatives through the municipality! This is how you can create new and amazing friendships! We Bulgarians are good people, but there are also bad ones! And our food is incredibly delicious! Our land is fertile and with love and care you can grow a lot of vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, garlic, potatoes! I wish you much, much success and luck!
Hi guys ,i am Bulgarian and i am proud of it 🎉! This is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, people, quality of life and the food are amazing...the nature..you can see yourself 🎉Very good choice you made ,well done ✔️
Hi Iveline and thank you.. You have such a stunningly beautiful country. We absolutely love it and love the immense pride that the Bulgarian people have for their cultural heritage. ❤️🙏
The windows on the ''third floor'' of the main house should be opened during the summer and closed in the winter. They are a passive form of cooling, they work because of the ''chimney effect''.... the air flowing over the roof produces a lower pressure on the leeward side of the roof, sucking out the warm air in the loft space. No comment on how effective they are but since it costs nothing to run I guess they must work. Since we currently have up to 40c temps '' Every little helps'' especially when it is free.
When we can get back there, I'll have a look into that, thanks Owen..I've heard of it before with pipelines being laid underground, but if that way is an option, then it's worth a try 😁👍
@@LillaHusVanlife It is an old Bulgarian way of stopping the loft area under the roof from overheating. What you will notice is that they are generally only one one or maybe two sides of the house opposite the prevailing wind, generally from the North.
I don't know how much it is being sold for, but I've been living in Bulgaria back and forth for a couple of years and that's a good solid house. You could move straight in, no problems.
Absolutely yes..we've seen other places online and this compares favourably. The locals tell us that it's a good house too and that it was built solid. We'll still be able to live in the van on the land, so we'll be fine either way 😊👍

This is absolutely amazing property and best deal ever. Congratulations on your purchase. You can live there, renovate it gradually and turn it into complex of 6-7 separate apartments and either sell or rent them to other expats who want to live in Bulgaria, but prefer the company of english speaking neighbours. I wish we get lucky enough to find property like this.
Thank you Peter 🙏 It'll be a slow process as we still have travel in mind, but we have plenty of other vanlife friends who wish to travel out and lend a hand with clearing or building, so we'll see how it goes. There are decent properties out there to be had..we were just lucky that we were there to view this in person. Good luck on your own search 😉👍

The first video I saw of yours was whwn you arrived to take over the property. Its great to see the look on your faces when you see what could actually buy in reality.. What an amazing opportunity.. The reason these properties are cheap is because there's no work, If you can figure out how to make a living the rest is easy..
Exactly that Chris 👍 Making a living isn't easy here, which is why a lot of Brits return to blighty after a while. Hopefully we can keep our heads above water, as long as the house doesn't run away with things.. Only time will tell I guess. Wish us luck.!! 😉🤞

It is Lynne, but we'll manage. The walls, for an un-renovated building in Bulgaria are pretty good. The barn has the worst erosion, but it can be repaired 👍😊

I wish they don’t overpriced it. I understand why you would pick such a peaceful life and i’m not gonna lie this is a huge adventure to renovate it. I suspect the material in some of the walls around could be adobe bricks made from mud. You should fully check the property if there is some of this and to replace them. Good Luck guys and Welcome!
I don't know the full story, but I know it had been for sale a little before we were shown it..we tried haggling for a lower price, but this was a definite no.. 👎 After the UK, we are looking forward to having somewhere quiet to be. Despite the work ahead, I think we've found it 🙏😊

Hello. Fellow bulgarian here. Great choice for a house dear. I see you have a cat and i want to point something very important. I used to live in the UK and i know that people leave their cats freely to move around and jump from roof to another however in the village areas there are plenty of wild animals that are able to ... Harm your cat. And also people if they dont love animals might use other methods. Please be careful with that while she wanders around. I am also 2 cats owner and i love them a lot and i know the feeling of loosing a pet. I hope everything will be great for you in the long run and I hope you enjoy Bulgaria ❤ Much love from Varna!
Hi.! Thank you so much.! 😊 Yes, we travelled Bulgaria for a few weeks and also lived in the village for 2 months so I'm fairly sure our boy will be okay (as much as we can ever be sure..) He's managed to avoid village dogs and the jackals late at night whilst we were there, so he's very aware of the dangers. I think we would be more worried if we lived in Varna to be honest..we've passed through Varna a couple of times..a massive place and it always looks so very busy.. 😮 Have you always lived in the city? Much love.! ❤️
Hi! Very true. My next door neighbor poisoned 3 of my cats on purpose! I cannot describe the agony of their final hours...I went to the police, complained but without proof they cannot do anything. Afterwards, the neighbor laughed in my face! Please, protect yourself and your pets from cruel people!!!
Amazing property. I bought a villa three times smaller right next to Bozhentsi for that price last year. Wondering in which municipality your village is. The prices here may differ a lot. Anyway, welcome to Bulgaria. The life here can be very satisfying. Depends how you make it for yourself and family.
Hi Bear and thanks for the comment.. 👍The house is in the Pavlikeni area and yes, we've seen some major variations on the prices when we looked. We don't think we've bought bad so that's okay.. We want life simple with little hassle..we're not looking for UK life in a different country, so I think we'll make the best of it 😉 👍
That's not a bad area at all but keep in mind if you intend to use local builders to book in advance. And around Veliko turnovo there are quite a few Brits and other foreigners and so finding cowboy builders is a possibility. If it's a big village find someone to ask the local newsagents ( the local aunties/grans) who they know is doing good job and have decent rates. Trust me when I say the best source of information related to the area is the village shop lol. I'm sure if you ask nicely your neighbours they will find out for you. But communication would be an issue at first. Old gen don't speak any English and the younger gen living there would probably not speak much either. You have a lot to learn in terms of the Bulgarian way of live ;)
@@svetoslavtodorov2427 thank you for the info..it all helps and yes we have so very much to learn in Bulgaria. I was told that the older folk know more Русский than English but that the younger generation may have an understanding of English even if not fluent.. Our Bulgarian is minimal at the moment but we're slowly learning.. 😊🙏
@@LillaHusVanlife that's just on paper. Most of the people in rural areas already forgot what they had learned in russian by the time they finished secondary school, if they finished secondary at all. Most of the old gen didn't. Their parents either didn't have the means or required their hand running the household ( labour). Or they went straight to the local commie mega factory and learned on the spot. Education wasn't the top priority in the past. We understand some russian as it's similar to our language but not good enough for conversation. And certainly can't speak it. And because grammar is so different, russians can't understand Bulgarian at all. It will be another gen or two before things change for the better. Family ties were strong in the past and you do what your granddad said. His word/ decision was final. That's how things were. Things are changing in this department too but it will take time. But considering the nation is dying ( the commies bankrupted the country few times and there was shortages of everything, so most families had one kid or at most two, 3 or more ...I know 4 such families in my neighborhood in Sofia, my nan village and local town plus a couple surrounding villages). I follow some other channels of young Brits making a life in Bulgaria and learning the language. It's truly awesome to see the commitment of learning a language you have no use of outside the border .
@@svetoslavtodorov2427 due to a previous factory job where I was working alongside Latvians and Lithuanians, I learnt a little conversational Russian, although it's a few years back now and is way more rusty than I'd like, but yes, although there are similarities, there are so many differences too.. Even learning some of the basics will help us.. 😊 Thank you so much for your comments..😊🙏

You can sell a lot of stuff from here. Some of the clothes and knitted stuff cost like £50 each... So before you bin stuff check if you can take some money back from them
I'm sure we'll have to bin some stuff, but we're not in a rush to do so. Anything there could be of use to someone or to somewhere. If we can upcycle things for use inside the house, then that's the route we'll go 👍
Dude, you look like Confucius! I wonder what a modern day Confucius is doing in my country? :) I hope for the best for you and be successful in what you do. That property looks more like a museum of history. I guess, for people with ideas and good planning, there are many things you can turn it into. Rural tourism is something, that comes to mind. If so - you can keep most of the old stuff - like decoration. I'm curious to see what you're going to do. I live in a big city and somehow feels the wrong way to live. A life in a house makes so much sense to me, but for the moment a change is probably not possible for me.
Thank you so much.! 😊 We will see if we can make something good from this, although it will take some work 😉👍 Hopefully one day you can find your escape from the city 🤔🙏 Take care..
Good buy! The country as a location is top; 4 seasons; fertile soil; plenty of everything; the only thing is - make sure to earn money from something solid; the rest is good life
Thanks for the sub guys.! I've subbed back for frugal tips..I think we're going to need some 😉 I think that at some point the house was filled with life. It's a shame that it was left empty for so long, but on the other hand, lucky for us 😊💜😻💜

Very interesting, thank you. And £21k for all that!?! wow, that's piques the interest. What are the neighbours like with loads of Brits moving in or are they just happy the houses are being lived in and used? What are services like for costs? Glad you enjoyed it 😊 The locals are just happy that the houses are seeing some life again and they are so friendly, it's heart warming. We're not sure on any running or maintenance costs yet as we're still awaiting our paperwork back from the embassy in order to go back. I'm guessing that crime is the same as in any country with higher and lower areas to be found. 🤔
Bigger villages with more than 2K ppl & all cities maintain sewage pipes & cleaning system mandatory - it was the law in Socialist Bulgaria! Not anymore now is freedom choice democracy & no state involved!

Similar properties and prices like Hungary, many people from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are moving to Hungary after Corona. Their home countries are becoming to full and too expensive to live and retire.
Exactly that, Roland..I know that Bulgaria has a big influx of folk from different countries that are looking for a less stressful life, especially as the basic costs of living are spiralling out of control for most people. Moving to a cheaper country isn't an option for everyone, but it certainly makes sense if you can.. 👍
@@LillaHusVanlife East Europe warmly welcomes all who can care for themselves. For those considering a move, it's noteworthy that the cost of living can be significantly lower compared to the Netherlands. While Dutch taxpayers contribute 25 billion € annually to support migrants, straining the welfare and social security systems, individuals in the Netherlands with a net income of 4000€ per month often find themselves left with just 500 ~ 600€ after covering monthly fixed costs. In contrast, my experience in Hungary has been incredibly positive. After moving there post-pandemic, I now enjoy a fully paid house, a beautiful vegetable garden, and an orchard. My fixed costs are remarkably low, at just €200 per month for utilities and local taxes. It's a wonderful and sustainable lifestyle that brings peace of mind and financial ease.
I'm glad to hear that you have found your place to settle, Roland..we never thought we would be on the property ladder again after giving up the house, but here we are. After living in a van for over 2 years, we know how to live with a low expense and very low needs. In time we will be looking to grow our own vegetables and build up a Winter store so we can be even more independant.. 😉👍
@@LillaHusVanlife With that house and garden, you will live even with lower expenses than the van life. Just learn from the local people how to prepare for the winter/spring, they will teach you, and you can enjoy life for close to zero expenses. : )
Massive site, massive project! What fun! The snakeskin you found is to deter rats. I hope you can work it out. I’d be slightly concerned about the cracks in the walls of the house? Hopefully not too big a problem. Good luck with it all. I wonder what happened to the previous residents and why/ where they went? In some places it is like they just stepped out for a moment…
It is quite immense, especially after having a van sized house for over 2 years, Lucy..lol 😂 Some of our friends had live snakes in their house when it was getting cleared. I think the workers took care of them as there's at least one poisonous variety over there.. From what I gather, the previous owners died, leaving it to family, who obviously didn't have any interest in living there..it's been empty at least 14 years as there's a 2010 calendar on the wall 🤷🏻♂️ That wouldn't happen in the UK..
We have a poisonous snake in the UK, the skin shown looked like it was off a very large snake. There are houses in the UK, particularly in Wales that are like time capsules, empty since the 70s. Mine had been empty for 14 years before I bought it, though it had been broken into loads and bits nicked before I bought it. Good luck with it all
Think about it what you can have for this money in UK and this in Bulgaria. Maybe in UK a nice old car, rusty tin after a few years, or a home with land which can be very high price in UK. At all, climate in Bulgaria is much better, fresh food from the garden and not overcrowded.
Exactly. ! We have seen comments saying how what we paid is too much or how the house is falling down, but personally I think it is in pretty good condition and we're happy that we can do what's needed to keep it that way.. Bulgaria is beautiful and I think we will settle into life there very well..one day we will be growing the food that will help us through Winter. We can hardly wait 😊take care and thank you 🙏💜
Great property with lot's of potential. My family moved from Iceland to Bulgaria a few months ago. I am native Bulgarian but my Icelandic hubby is adjusting very well - the only problem so far are the mosquitoes and the other biting insects that are checking on us 😂.Village people are so happy to see new people coming when the new system after the communism destroyed the villages in Bulgaria. The world is changing and maybe it will get even more crazy before it gets better but we have to build it. All the best in your new adventure ❤
Hi Savina 😊 We think it has great potential, although until we get back out there, it's hard to think about what we're to do with it. I hope your hubby is coping with the change in temperature okay..we will find it strange too after the UK's weather (one of the Brit's favourite topics..lol) I'm sure we'll have to get used to the insects, although I was bitten pretty badly when we traveled Sweden 🤷🏻♂️ The village folk are certainly glad to see new life coming into their villages as it gives them hope for the future of their village. Our place has been empty for 14 years or so..our friends was maybe 6 or 10 years. We look forward to the further adventure that awaits us in Bulgaria.. Take care and thank you 😊🙏❤️ xx

Hello you nice beautiful people, it’s a massive project you’re doing, this mention is at least 100k £ in my opinion in a very bad region, maybe its between 80k -150k £ (i don’t know the region) can be 300k idk,but i know that fully recovered will cost at least 3x from the cheap purchase price . Hi.! You're right, it IS a massive project, but there is no rush besides to clear the places out, clean things down and see how things are. 👍 What area are you based in the UK.? 😊💜😻💜 xxx
Pavlakeni, Rich.. Property prices are so varied within each village and also the different municipalities..it really is a case of hunt around and then decide what land or the state of the building you're wanting.. 🤷🏻♂️
For those wanting an idea of property prices, this one cost around £21k..there are plenty cheaper and plenty a lot more expensive.
Of course with the more expensive properties, some work may already be done or have more land attached. Hope this helps. 👍
£21k???😮😮😮they has trick you if you paid that much money for this house!!
@@FKxf3030 Not true. Property prices in Bulgaria have risen a lot and continue to rise. It depends on where it is, but if it's in a big village, they bought it for nothing. A lovely property, it looks like the previous owners have taken good care of it.

@@LillaHusVanlife That's true..,thank you so m7ch and welcome to Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😊
Brilliant idea by the sounds of it..just shows what can be done with some ingenuity, eh? 😁👍
@@LillaHusVanlife '' The chimney effect'' was/is used, in different forms, in lots of hot countries. It works for free, once you have built it in.

😊 Yes, we travelled Bulgaria for a few weeks and also lived in the village for 2 months so I'm fairly sure our boy will be okay (as much as we can ever be sure..) I think we would be more worried if we lived in Varna to be honest..we've passed through Varna a couple of times..a massive place and it always looks so very busy.. 😮 Have you always lived in the city? Hi! Very true. My next door neighbor poisoned 3 of my cats on purpose! I cannot describe the agony of their final hours...I went to the police, complained but without proof they cannot do anything.
I'm sure we'll have to bin some stuff, but we're not in a rush to do so. Anything there could be of use to someone or to somewhere. If we can upcycle things for use inside the house, then that's the route we'll go 👍
Mad respect!
I think we might be.. lol
Thank you 😊🙏
great property in which village it is located
Congratulations to you both & good luck. It has a little more room than the van 😂👍
Thank you guys 🙏😊 We could probably fit all of our current interior into one room...lol 😂😂👍💜
Amazing property. Just found your site, suscribed.
Thank you Susan and thanks also for the sub 🥰 Glad to have you on board.. 💜
The property is massive! It's, like, a small estate!
It is, yes...lol 😂 It all makes for plenty of work to be done, but there's no rush, so that's okay.. Thank you for watching 🙏😊
Good luck!
Thank you 😊🙏
Ok, but that was filmed waaay back in the spring, right? There is no leafs on the trees. Where is that place?
It was filmed in February when the days went from sunshine to snow..
Then we has to leave for the UK to start our application.. 👍
We remember that feeling when we first looked around our village house. Good luck with the purchase from us lot at #GBtoBG 👍❤️🇧🇬
Thanks so much guys.! Just awaiting the embassy now and unfortunately they're on a go-slow.. 🤷🏻♂️❤️🇧🇬
Good buy! The country as a location is top; 4 seasons; fertile soil; plenty of everything; the only thing is - make sure to earn money from something solid; the rest is good life
Thank you George 🙏 Bulgaria is beautiful and certainly has better seasons than the UK 👍 we don't need much and I'm sure we'll be happy there.. 😊
Wonderful video
Thank you Nikolina 😊🙏💜
That’s amazing and I’ve subscribed. I can imagine extended multi generational family living there.
Thanks for the sub guys.! I've subbed back for frugal tips..I think we're going to need some 😉 I think that at some point the house was filled with life. It's a shame that it was left empty for so long, but on the other hand, lucky for us 😊💜😻💜
Looks great. You can just move in main house and do the rest over time . What’s the price for a house and land like that ?
I think that's the plan Lisa as we still want to travel as well..nice steady pace will do us 😉😋 all in, around £21k..we couldn't walk away..lol
@@LillaHusVanlife for that price it’s a bargain. 👍 I’d snap it up too. You could even put a few campers up overnight on the land. I’m sure people would pay to and a Airb&b. Wishing you both all the best with it 👍😘
Exactly Lisa..we'll see what comes of things when we can finally travel back there.. Thank you 🙏😊🥰💜
Nice one, you two..... Karen are the dining chairs ercol....🎉😊
Thank you Carl..I'll ask her, although I'm not sure that's a thing out there.. 😉🤷🏻♂️
Haha....unfortunately not the ones I looked at. Did find an accordian in a case though 😂
@violetinferno3592 You'll soon be able to learn how to play, assuming it is still there when we get back.. 🤷🏻♂️😂 xxx
Very interesting, thank you. And £21k for all that!?! wow, that's piques the interest. What are the neighbours like with loads of Brits moving in or are they just happy the houses are being lived in and used? What are services like for costs? Sewage I guess is a septic tank, but how much is electricity? What about crime? Planning laws? Availability and quality of building materials?
Glad you enjoyed it 😊 The locals are just happy that the houses are seeing some life again and they are so friendly, it's heart warming. We're not sure on any running or maintenance costs yet as we're still awaiting our paperwork back from the embassy in order to go back. I'm guessing that crime is the same as in any country with higher and lower areas to be found. 🤔
Bigger villages with more than 2K ppl & all cities maintain sewage pipes & cleaning system mandatory - it was the law in Socialist Bulgaria! Not anymore now is freedom choice democracy & no state involved!
@@LillaHusVanlife Water, property taxes, garbage taxes, electricity, it's all piss cheap, you are gonna love it.
Great property for a great price
Thank you 😊🙏 We think so, despite some of the comments by one or two people. It's all relative 😉🙏
Beautiful ❤
Thank you! 🥰🙏💜
hah make nice big ecopond and Food forest garden(check here in tube ,what this is) in yard, put some animal,to make cheese, butter, milk, bulgarian yogurt, litenica, lukanka, kompoti, and other winter foods in Bulgaria, just learn how to make them,is not hard and live 100 years,as my grand, and great grand mothers hihi.Healt and happynes
Good advice, thank you 😊 We need to learn how to do canning as well Mitko..there's currently a shelved wall which has jars all over it.. I doubt that they'll be edible after around 14 years of the house being empty, but I might need to test them..lol
We have neighbours who will teach us some of the skills we need to store extra food, so that will be a good thing to learn. Thank you again for the advice..we will look into some of this 😊👍 Health and Happiness to you also 🙏 Take care..
Wow we meet I'm caselton, I have house and some land in Poland with my husband, and we like to live here, but his 90 days is really bad for us ,how you going to deal with it ?
Hi Kat, we hope you're doing well 😊🙏 we have applied for VISA D and once we get our paperwork, we'll apply for residency after we get there..
There might be a way you can get residency for your husband as you're married? Worth a look into and might save messing about in the future 🤷🏻♂️ take care.. 😊👍❤️💜😎
@LillaHusVanlife this is what we are trying to do ,❤it will be nice to see you one day on your land or mine in Poland ❤
What the name of the village? I got myself a similar house and renovated everything
Wonderful property. With a little imagination, pounds and a lot of work, it will become your little castle.
Thank you Anton..we'll be happy there I'm sure and we don't mind the work 😉👍
Hi, congratulations for the house! 🎉 How much did you pay if not secret?
Hi and thank you 🙏 I placed a pinned comment at the start of the comments which let's people know the rough price.. 😊 take care 👍
Where is the village, it looks idyllic
българска селска къща🥰
Good luck with it all
Thank you hon, it's going to be exciting when we finally get to go back and make a start 😊👍 xx
We can hardly wait 😊take care and thank you 🙏💜
good luck. must have been fate .dont worry everything will be fine.take care be happy, bet you are
Thank you so much Barry..it's a bit daunting, but as we've both agreed, it doesn't have to be rushed, so that's okay. 😉👍 take care won't you..🙏
Building materials have increased tremendously in the last few years. I would budget £200K to refurbish this property
It will take a lot so we will see if we can make this work with our limited budget
Hi mate which si this village?
Think we all saw this coming 😂 I nearly bought similar place in 2006 for £3000 😮 Prices have risen but definitely not too much to put me off .. maybe next year... Good luck 😊😊
Lmao! It's Karen's fault... 😂 she started half looking on t'interweb and the next thing we know, we're saying yes to a bloomin big house with most rooms bigger than our van living space.. 😂 Prices are definitely on the way up Rob and they'll probably rise even more with the amount of folk who are looking to go own property there.. Maybe worth looking again.. 🤔 Safe travels to you.. 👍😊
@@LillaHusVanlife cheers for the subscribe 👍 I'm looking more for investment properties now, well in 2027 🫣 I need to find something for when I get to retirement 🙏 if I make it that far 😜
Wow it’s beautiful 😍
No problem Rob 👍 It's good to have plans, but life has taught me to keep mine on shorter terms nowadays.. 🤷🏻♂️😁👍
It is Nik..let's see what we can do with it when we finally get to go out again.. 😉💜
i wish you good luck is going to be very emotional :)
Thank you very much, we're looking forward to getting started.. 👍
amazing house but you didnt say how much it is
Thank you 😊🙏 the price is mentioned in the pinned comment at the top, to give folk an idea 👍
So exciting 😊❤ xxx
Exciting and a little daunting at the same time hon..can't wait 'til we can get back there.. 😁👍❤️ xxx
@@LillaHusVanlife Yea its mahoosive but all the possibilities, your mind must be buzzing. I was like Ohhh stables, how many horses could fit in there lol then you said its gonna be a garage! 🤣 hopefully il be able to come visit next year and give you a hand. Xxx
Nothing is set in stone yet hon..building usage decisions will come along in time, once we get boots on the ground, but we're also still planning travels, so I'm not sure that animals are on the horizon yet. 🤔 They will come along at some point though, I have no doubt at all 😁👍😂😹😂 We're just biding our time until the embassy finally get in touch..they're the only thing stoping us from leaving 🤷🏻♂️ Welcome over if you're travelling abroad again hon..never a problem 😊 xxx
@@LillaHusVanlife Well, when you do get animals and off on your travels, il come look after them 😁 Fingers crossed fir the paperwork 🤞I will be back on the road tomos, heading back up to base, be great to meet up if your over that way or nearby. Tc xx
You have an amazingly huge balls and ill be very happy if you made it. I’m from Sofia and i live in Uk from 10y,it’s the 1st vlog i am watching.I don’t know where you are but ill be happy to visit you on my holiday some day to made you a huge BBQ for the next 5 days 😂😂😂 , subscribe, like and probably comment xxxx . Cheers
Hi.! You're right, it IS a massive project, but there is no rush besides to clear the places out, clean things down and see how things are. 👍 What area are you based in the UK.? 😊💜😻💜 xxx
@@LillaHusVanlife4y ago close to Doncaster, now in Worksop cheers
Hi what area region are you in as I would pay that price
Pavlakeni, Rich.. Property prices are so varied within each village and also the different municipalities..it really is a case of hunt around and then decide what land or the state of the building you're wanting.. 🤷🏻♂️
Cracking place that
Thank you..we'll see what happens in the future 😊👍
@@LillaHusVanlife I'm sure it will be everything you want it to be ...
How much did you pay, dying to know 😊
Around £21k Heidi.. can't buy a flat for that in the UK.. 🤷🏻♂️💜
