  • Fitness training video for tennis players! Here's some exercises in my preseason training workout that I do to prepare for the demands of the upcoming year on tour.

    I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and have done all these exercises but with much lighter weights than you use Jamie 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️
