    Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk or Eage Brsnd Evaporated Milk?

    • @BIGALTX
      @BIGALTX  8 месяцев назад

      Sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet… Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk. Eagle brand is best but a generic will do in a pinch.
      Hope that helps

    easy prep; except for the cream cheese. That's the catch. I find having butter on hand is hard for frying eggs.. oh and the crust. oh well...

      Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk is best, but a generic store brand will also work pretty well.

    Former diabetic here. Looks yummy, but not happening.
    What you want to bet that condensed milk has HFC as a main ingredient.
    IF I consume milk, I go out to the barn and borrow it from a momma cow already nursing a calf.

      @@WhatDadIsUpTo Good for you! I beat it too with an easy exercise program and can eat normally. You do short bursts of elevated exercise depending on your fitness. You can do it with anything, swimming, biking, rowing, whatever, but I'll explain it using walking as an example. Go for about a 30 minute walk at least 3x a week (it's so easy I did more and got faster results), walk normal for about 10 minutes, pick up the pace for about 5 minutes, then slower walk 5 minutes, then faster 5 minutes, etc., alternating until you're done. I used headphones and timed myself using 2 songs per interval. Perfection is not necessary and it does not need to be strenuous, but do make an effort. You should get your heart rate up, then back down repeatedly, and it should feel good. It's the repeated recovering time that heals you, not the level of exertion. It's better for you than pushing hard for the full 30 minutes. I've always hated exercise but this is enjoyable. When the doc told me I would have to start diabetic meds and would not be able to manage it with just diet, I went to the library and found this book from the 80's or 90's written by a doctor that outlined this program. It works. My doctor was in shock! Can't remember the title, something like "Cure Dabetes Naturally" or "Beat Diabetes For Good" or something along those lines. I'm sure several books have been written, but that's all there is to it. It was a small book, but it only needed to be a pamphlet. I don't know why it's not more known about.
