Getting those rods in was the most difficult part for me having someone squeeze the two trays together. Keeping things in alignment. Finally got it to bite. Thank you for the video. Btw. My instructions say 20 nM
Having just assembled my own Kuat Sherpa, I was glad to see I wasn’t the only one who struggled with the instructions. I, too, removed the tape from the end cap. DON’T DO THAT! The tape actually holds the end cap in place and makes it much easier to get the long bolts screwed into place. I also did not pick up on the hitch pin is the hex wrench used for assembly. Also note the pictured orientation of the box changes from one step to the next. That makes it a little confusing to follow.
Hi, thanks for the video. I noticed that you had the same problem with the long bolts getting to the outer body connector. I can't finish the assembly due to this problem; starting to think that its poor manufacturing or design that this happens to a lot of people . Any advise on how to solve the bolt tighten issue? thanks
I remember the long bolts gave me trouble but I did eventually get them to work. After getting it together it has been great and we use it often. Good luck.
