The judge is absolutely right, for the reasons he gave and also for more. What I see here is that Kalu is lying and making up stories to end that marriage and gain all by collecting the two children. He referred to settling down with another woman after the divorce, go dig further, you may discover he is already into extra marital affairs. He just sounds like the typical unfaithful and selfish husband. He can say that his wife denied him sex and that is supposed to be true because he said it? How does one prove such a thing? I honestly feel like divorce is at it’s peak in our time because a lot of people are getting married just because they romanticize the idea of being “married”. Quite a lot of people are very superficial especially in the dating stage and a lot of people ignore what I feel like should be the core foundation of a strong marriage which is friendship. Plus, no one is willing to get intentional about working towards a failing marriage because “they can’t endure what their mothers endured back then”.

However, should judge find all the accusations to be true let the Mother have the custody of the children especially the Son as he is too young. Neze, My lord the judge is correct. BUT, I think fatherly love is also key in the proper up-bringing of a child. By the way, his request to have custody of his step daughter is not tenable. He is an actor, and moves around. Who takes care of the children when he is out of the house. His case lacks merit, unfortunately.
I heard that some of the causes of negligent lifestyle in some young men and women is majorly due to increasing absence of fathers in the house. The pace of divorce may produce lots of psychologically damaged people.

Judge is correct in his decision in the questions he asked. However, should judge find all the accusations to be true let the Mother have the custody of the children especially the Son as he is too young. Unless the Mother of the children is unfit to take care of the children then Father have the right to fight for custody.

He has no right to seek custody aside the allegations, he also made it clear himself that he is will not be available to care for his children, when he said as an actor I travel in and out of the country for 3 to 1month for work related assignments. In my opinion, the judge is 100% right as he is not capable of caring for his children.
Am almost suspecting that he made the said advances towards the step daughter because of wanted appreciation from his wife to pay school fees. I wonder what he would need in return from a step daughter for paying her fees. Sounds like a very toxic relationship was starting to develop but she nipped it in the bud.

MY DEAR’I AGREE WITH THE JUDGE’ he is not the biological father of the girl child and since that terrible allegation was made I think the judge decision is right. DIVORCES are prevalent now because people are not taking time no know each other. Marriages are not easy you have to work on it as though it’s a job. You have to be understanding patient and kind.you cannot sleep with other people,’s eyes and always have to place GOD FIRST.
