Title: Some Bad News... | SUB6 E4 - Развлечения
I'm in the same boat as you Theo. Plantar fasciitis in my right foot and got some xrays on my left hip this week. Was going to do a triathlon in mid Feb but that's not going to happen now. We'll be back.
Get better soon bro!
Yeah sorry to hear that mate, I was in the same boat as you as I had plantar fasciitis and knee pain last triathlon season, and I missed the whole season! Get better soon!
Plantar fasciitis isn’t that bad. I have it in both and can still do everything normally
@@leonbailey6125 You probably don’t have it in both feet, you would be in large amounts of pain just walking.
you can fix plantar fasciitis athlean x has a good video on how to relieve stress in that area.
Hey Theo, I can relate to the feeling of so desperately wanting to get back to football and being active like you. I’ve been in the process of recovering from a knee dislocation for the last 12 weeks now. It was originally supposed to take 8 weeks max for me to be back to normal but it’s been taking quite a bit extra. I’ve been told I can start kicking again in 2-3 weeks time and I can’t wait for this slow and painful journey to come to an end. I know you can relate and I wish you the best in your recovery as well
I dislocated my knee 17 weeks ago, played my first 30 minutes of 6 a side football last night and felt really good. Hope the recovery goes well for you :)
That damn screen at the gym would get on my nerves so fast lol
Hope you come back stronger! Good luck with the recovery!
I’ve just torn my ACL playing football and not being able to do the things I love and things that keep my mind off of the stresses of life has been rough for sure, but it’s given a new found respect for anyone who’s had a bad injury and has had the will power to get through it.
You’ll be one of those people you respect for getting through it. Good luck on your journey. I tore my meniscus 1.5 years ago and am playing football again. :)
This is some true strength right here, those that are so genetically gifted and talented learn nothing through constant successes, it's only when you are thrown that curveball and hit that bump in the road where you learn what you are made of, only through struggle and adversity do we bend or break. Keep pushing Theo, you're an inspiration mate! 💪
Nice to hear you are getting better. You are needed in the charity match you know ;)
Very proud of how you've been dealing with the hip though Theo - the charity match needs you for sure !
Respect to you for keeping your head high, ive dealt with shoulder and knee injuries my whole life and it’s very burdensome.
Need more of a warm up than just 200m mate. Do something more like 4x50, 2x100, 200 then something like 4x50 after where its 25 easy 25 abit harder. Then move into the main set properly warmed up and ready to get the hard work done!
Happened to be at Dorney at the same time as you back in August doing my first Olympic aswell!
Tunes in that gym were banging 😂
What app do you use to track your workouts/sets at the gym?👍🏻
What if you start training by walking up stairs? Should be isolating rehab to that exact spot of your injury?
How have you been recognised in the pool Theo? Probably the cameraman mate 😂
Looking good Theo, big inspiration with you battling through recovery and staying strong
How many gym sessions do you do in a week? Is it just the 2 (push & pull) or do you do more sessions?
Great workout music over there
Don’t rush walking to running is such a big different in terms of stress on joints and muscles.
Music in that gym though 👌🏻
Would you recommend the pace you were running at 12:20 is good for someone who's new to running ?
I have only left my house like 4 or 5 times in like a month + I'd love to go out and run, just so scared I'll trip up haha. (I mean I'm not sure what can motivate me, but your insta story + these videos are making me want to try running/walking again)
Don’t worry about pace if you’re just starting out just go with how you feel. You’ll know if it’s too hard or too easy
Great video man hopefully recovery will be as planned
dude dont run until march at least, like actually dont run, the injuries you have need healing not preassure of running, you had so many injuries just take time so think about your health seriously
bangers in the background
Which Ironman 70.3 are you planning on doing this year? I'm doing Weymouth
Theo injured more than Jack Wilshere. All love though bro you’re content and appearances elsewhere are top tier 💯
With the Swimming, and with an injury like that, I’d encourage a slightly longer warm up
just take a year off and fully recover mate
Have u considered human growth hormone or even stem cells or even steroids?
This is why Theo is the GOAT
Cringe😊
What workout app is he using?
All the stretching and still brittle.. Jokes aside, keep it up! You’re killing it!
When Is The Next Challenging a Sidemen Member ❓❓❓❓
The emo bangers were in force in that gym
December 12th 😂😂😂
THE GOAAAATTTTTTT!!
❤Big up Theo🎉🎉🎉
Mate your just boss, very inspiring, your a beast bro, much love 👍
Anything else other than bad news theo? Sad boy
Keep it up Theo 🔥
But like the bot said (haha) the editing is so good !
Bring back wafflin
Great video! Loved every second of it!
Dude doesn't look ripped enough for the amount of sport he does 😅 gotta work on nutrition
Which Half-Ironman are you doing this year?
Just never play football again lad... you make Jack Wilshire seem like a Ironman...
Kind of what he does for a living so will be difficult
