How To Make Quick And Easy Samosa Chaat Recipe|Samosa Chana Chaat|Pakistani Street Food Samosa Chaat

In this video I show you how to make quick and easy samosa chaat. Samosa chaat is a famous street food in Pakistan and India and is made from a delicious Chana masala and a variety of toppings including chutneys, salad and yogurt.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsps Olive Oil
1 Large Onion - Finely Sliced
Salt To Taste (Recipe Used 1 Tsp)
½ Tsp Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
½ Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1.5 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix (Adjust to taste)
1 Small Tomato - Peeled and chopped
480g Boiled/Canned Chickpeas - (2 Cans)
1 Tsp Tomato Puree
2 Green Chillies - Chopped
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder
600ml Boiled Water
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
Assembly:
Samosas - As required
Pomegranate Seeds
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Chopped Red Onions
Chopped Cucumber
Chopped Tomatoes
Coriander & Mint Chutney
Red Chutney/Chilli Sauce
Tamarind Sauce
Chaat Masala
Thin Sev
Greek Style Yogurt - Thinned out with some milk
