- Hi Everyone, Today I was fortunate enought to visit Rajeev Bhai shop that is famous for Omelette in whole Delhi for his special CheeseEgg Omelet ! In a normal size pan he makes egg dish which is more than just an omelet ! He use only 4 Bread, Loads of butter, Paneer, Onion, Chilly, Tomatoes, Beetroot and Salad and Dry-fruits too !

The pan has to be really hot
Rub your pan with onion then apply butter and oil mix ,heat up and swirl the oil around ..let it rest...then try frying your egg
Pan has seasoning. Make it very hot apply oil leave it for some time.
Because they never wash their pans like we do at home 😂

Most of street food vendors and food stall cooks and workers don't follow any personal hygiene like wearing cap, hand gloves, apron etc. They don't cut nails and most of them will have fungal infections since they use bare hands. There will not be any clean water to clean plates and potable water for drinking. All the street dust generated due to traffic will get in to food. Most of the food and water borne diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, typhoid are due to eating from such centers. The cooking oil they use is palm oil or cheap recycled oil which is known to cause heart disease, cancer etc. Most of these food vendors give cheap adulterated sauce and ketchup. Educated should never visit such stalls. Even eating rice kanji prepared at home is healthy and cost effective. Regular eaters at such stalls become fixed deposits for doctors and hospitals. Their life time earning gets drained by way of hospital expenses. Don't support street food vendors. 'Jeeb ko sudharlo, Jeevan sudharega'

This omlette is so cancerous!!! He is using butter with plastic wrappers on fire. Foil plate he is using to press bread in high heat. And omlette is burnt 🔥 from one side which is again bad for health. And the condition that he is cooking is so dangerous and unhygienic. Please be very careful what you eat from such place. Might look tasty and inviting, your asking for serious health issues.

The leaves of lettuce balance out the approx 1kg of butter used in the total dish. It should be served with a side of melted butter for good measure
