I'm actually really happy that this is a drama free goodbye, sometimes things just don't work out like you think and all you can do is take the positives

I was expecting this to be revealed, given the recent lack of crossover between them and mentions of stress over the past month, but I'm honestly impressed with how mature and friendly Annemarie's departure was announced. I'm going to miss their whole group dynamic and especially Annemarie's long deleted scenes videos; hoping she'll still pop up in some videos from Elliot, Kelly, and Ashley. Wishing everybody the best in their paths forward and excited to see if they'll bring on another roommate. Maybe it'll be Nic or Luke!
Yeah… As a viewer, I am kinda excited to see Luke or Nic bringing more contents and crossovers to the house. But roommate life is much more than what they put on their videos and I really hope her the best in the future.
i think annemarie had the realest personality and if anybody met her in real life, she would be the same person she is in her videos which is hard to come by with people on the internet. i dont follow along with youtubers or celebrities, but coming upon this group and channel made me appreciate her more as a person and i hope she finds success and continues youtube because i’ll definitely follow along throughout her entire journey. i respect her so much.

hope she regrets it dearly then attempts to come back to the house but shes been replaced and is no longer allowed then she loses a lot of subscribers due to her decision and her podcast fails because noone wants to listen to it.
Honestly saw this coming when she didn’t have content to post, it must’ve felt like too much pressure to feel like she’s not doing her own thing on her own time but I’d follow her podcast when she makes it.
Kind of saw this coming. I didn't really see Annemarie post a whole lot and it made me question whether Annemarie was happy, but yeah do what is best for yourself. We will all miss you!! You should still continue to post more frequently if that's what makes you happy.
I think the original idea behind this "house" was to have 4 content creators together to work together and create content together. They would all theoretically benefit from each other and help each other out with their own content. Naturally, when Kelly started to date Ashley, both of their content started to feature each other more then the other roommates. Elliot is presumably dating nic or at least always hanging out with her a lot which just leaves Annemarie solo. Annemarie no longer gains the benefit of the roommate situation from a RUclips standpoint but she still has to bide by the standards of the other roommates and respect the things they do/don't want in the house. When you have a setup where all 4 roommates are intended to gain benefit from the living situation, then you end up with 1 odd person out then something will end up happening.
Yeah it’s hard to maintain the business part of the relationship when not everyone is pulling their weight or on the same page about how much they want to invest into their jobs as content creators. Better to part ways.
Well, am pretty sure Annemarie did not have a problem with Kashley dating or with Nic (Annemarie and Nic seem so close). Infact Annemarie was so warm to Amber when she visited the house. I think the only person to blame here is the one whose name starts with A and is not Annemarie.
Or it can be pretty simple. For an introvert and also highly sensitive (mostly genetic) like me, similar to AM. living in a house that always loud, no privacy, can't never actually being able to keep things organized. I would be too stress to handle anything else... or even have a normal state of mind to begin with. It can be just that simple man

I know it was Eliot idea to be roommates, literally roommates and if there was tension it is due to the changes in the apartment, noticed that Isa was sleeping at Kelly's room, where does he sleep...? figure it out. it must be awkward....and also I overheard in one of the video... Ashley said "I am paying more" for the apartment. So that too can be really awkward. Money issues can ruin friendship. Anyway Elliot have been friends with Annemarie before Kelly and Ashley....

If you do follow all of them since last year, the vibes was positive till some of them had focus on doing more on "relationship" which I think everyone enjoyed the friendship roommates vibes :)
tbh annemarie is my comfort person among everyone in the house. i could totally relate to her character, so it's very sad and devastating to see her go 😭 but truly wish her the best of luck in the future!💕✨

Honestly, Annemarie made a smart move leaving. It helps her be independently creative without being too dependent/grouped with Elliot, Kelly and Ashley content wise. Annemarie is still finding her RUclips content nitch and the others are more established. Yeah, they are great friends but you gotta do you at the end of the day. I definitely relate with Anne Marie here. Sometimes even when the path is unclear, u can still recognise when ur in the wrong place because it isn’t fulfilling you or allowing you to be wholly yourself.

Yes this is so sad, even tho your mom’s house is so new, I was really enjoying getting to know each of them through their videos and I especially loved Elliot and Annemarie and also their dynamic. I think they are all sad but Elliot seems the saddest to me, they seemed very close in a sibling type of way😭😭
maybe both Anne Marie and Ashley have a hard time reaching out to make a connection. Ive seen both of them try. Some people just dont click, their personalities are polar opposite. Even Ashley's siblings made fun of her that she does not have "other friends" when he was with Charles and so maybe it's a challenge to connect with other girls. At least they both tried.
going to miss you annemarie, but as you all say, it's a journey and life is full of expectations / unexpected surprises! It was a very special bond that you all shared and it's a pleasure for us to be a part of it. no matter what the future holds for all of you, one day it will all make sense and paths will cross again :)
Bummer but not surprising at all. This was handled very well by all of them. The vibes have been so off and seemed a little awkward in the house for a couple months and it's apparent in their recent videos and their vlogs. Kelly and Ashley have been spending a lot of time doing their own thing and traveling, Elliot has also been doing his own thing (with his gf). And Ashley said she's been really stressed recently. And there has just not been a lot of group content like when they first moved in. And Annemarie has been missing in some vlogs recently too. This was very brave of Annemarie to make this decision and I think it's the best thing she could've done for herself and her growth.
It seems so obvious that AM and Ashely hadn’t got close to each other. And they met first at this house. As a matter of fact, being roomies with people not knowing is not easy for everyone considering their particular job and some ongoing romantic status in that house which made situation very complicated. They just weren't a match for each other as roomies. That’s all. I just hope AM navigate and prosper in her own ways and Ashley too. I feel so happy I’ve enjoyed previous journeys of them and also learned real life is not something like F.R.I.E.N.D.S

Annemarie's definitely the piece that brought the whole roommate dynamic together. She has such a very motherly aura. Like from her videos and everyone else's videos, she's such a genuine person and someone who will be there for you no matter what. I am sooooo sad to see her go and I will miss her in the house so badly, but if she was destined to expand and thrive at this point in her life then it's meant to be. In this video as well the energy/body language between Ashley and Anne Marie felt different in comparison to her relationship with Elliot and Kelly. Anyways wishing the best for her and will keep supporting her in her future endeavours

tbh i didn’t rly notice how different she was from the rest until recently and i don’t watch anne marie that often but whenever i saw her in a video she always had such a good vibe and energy even at times when it was obvious that she wasn’t as included. as someone who has spent their entire life trying to feel like they belong in the friend group, sometimes the smart but hard choice to go your own way has to be made and good for anne marie for doing that for herself
I always felt like Annemarie was and wanted to be in a different place in her life, not in a negative or positive way. After all, she is the oldest and the most mature one in the group. We’ll always love and support you Annemarie! 💜

I started watching Annemarie because of ur mom’s house and she has become one of my favorite RUclipsrs to watch. I’m excited to see her start her own podcast
there was a critical point where the content became completely dominated by one narrative and it sunk the whole show, hope to see Annemarie succeed and glad she has the business acumen to make these hard decisions

Videos didn’t seem as lighthearted plus they had a great streak going. I think K and Ash jumped the gun, but AM realized there wasn’t gonna be enough content to sustain her career anyways

Kelly and Ashley are obviously completely into each other to keep it under the table for the sake of others isn’t fair to them and in no way jumping the gun lol. The content didn’t take a hit the content did it’s intended purpose from the start it expanded all 4 of their audiences into each other’s. They all grew and benefited. Same reason Luke left is the same reason she is. They’re more focused on themselves and not the group. I hope she does well but it takes collaboration to grow in this type of work.

But annemarie did loose here she didn’t have much content in the past few weeks from the house anyways even i can see elliot not having to gain much content from the house but she did gain a lot too but it was only when at first they started that went for few months..
after seeing the Colin and Samir video, i had a feeling this would happen. everyone was kind of going with the flow and not thinking too hard about how they were making things work. when colin and samir started breaking the entire system down i had a feeling everyone would start to notice some of the things they’ve been ignoring. it’s sad to see you go Anne-Marie. you will be missed but i know you have a good reason.

honestly glad that it’s an amicable split & i totally understand where annemarie is coming from. it’s hard to come to decisions like this but i appreciate how annemarie had to do what’s best for her even tho it’s no longer w/ ur mom’s house. i think especially w/ her history being a business major in college & doing shutter w/ shelby she knew what the future was gonna entail once their businesses became enmeshed & that just wasn’t something she wanted in the long-term which is respectable!

annemarie has always had this air and aura about her that was JUST different. the way she speaks, the way she acts, the way she carries herself was always with wisdom and articulation. she definitely has a different purpose. i am extremely sad and hurt to see her go but about one or two months into urmomshouse i felt that she did not receive as much energy as others and she was more particular than others. sometimes life is like that! you gotta love your friends from a distance. annemarie we freaking love you! you are a star, you are going to be amazing at whatever you do! thank you so much for showing us your light this is not over
@@somebody-dj6sn she has a 3-4 year age gap with them. She’s 26 while they’re 22-23. When you’re in your early 20s, age gaps make a bigger difference vs your 30s etc. Like Annemarie will probably settle her life in the next 5 years while the others might just start taking life seriously in 5 years. I think she’d do better with people around her age who can relate to her more. I don’t think age was the main issue here though. The house is basically split. Kelly and Ashley make content together. Elliot mostly makes content with Nic or by himself. Annemarie had Luke for a little while but that dynamic got messy content-wise and was temporary. From what I’ve seen, I feel like I’d feel isolated and lonely if I were in Annemarie’s position.

For example they don't see the creative process of Kelly writing the scripts, having his filmer shoot videos, and him editing and doing narrations about life as a highly complex amd creative process. Just because AM is older talk about yoga and journaling doesn't make her better than others. They only show or can show so much of their lives.

Saw it coming when it all started. Despite Elliot, Ashley and Kelly being around my age, I could never resonate with their content whatsoever but I've been watching Anne Marie since high school (so 2014 onwards). I found they had different personalities and honestly thought that it was a weird pairing, and one can see that in videos so I can't imagine in real life how it all played out. Not that any of them are bad people (I would hope not) but it seemed like the house was mixing water and oil and hoping for the best.
Cool. Same for me with Anne Maries content. It was just sop boring to me. I'm 28, but at the end of the day it is an entertainment plattform. So good that you enjoy it.

This reminded me of my internship and how close I had grown with my teammates. Regular video calls for hours, working together, getting personal. And suddenly one day it ended. It always felt she was the third wheel. When they all went on vacation together she as the 4th wheel. It's obvious there was tension between Annemarie and Ashley...look at the end Elliot hugs Annemarie...she hugs back....Ashley sort of taps her on the shoulder and Annemarie doesn't even recognize. I guarantee after the video Ashley just walks away.

Kind of saw this coming. I didn't really see Annemarie post a whole lot and it made me question whether Annemarie was happy, but yeah do what is best for yourself. We will all miss you!! You should still continue to post more frequently if that's what makes you happy.
I think the original idea behind this "house" was to have 4 content creators together to work together and create content together. They would all theoretically benefit from each other and help each other out with their own content. Naturally, when Kelly started to date Ashley, both of their content started to feature each other more then the other roommates. Elliot is presumably dating nic or at least always hanging out with her a lot which just leaves Annemarie solo. Annemarie no longer gains the benefit of the roommate situation from a RUclips standpoint but she still has to bide by the standards of the other roommates and respect the things they do/don't want in the house. When you have a setup where all 4 roommates are intended to gain benefit from the living situation, then you end up with 1 odd person out then something will end up happening.
Yeah it’s hard to maintain the business part of the relationship when not everyone is pulling their weight or on the same page about how much they want to invest into their jobs as content creators. Better to part ways.
Well, am pretty sure Annemarie did not have a problem with Kashley dating or with Nic (Annemarie and Nic seem so close). Infact Annemarie was so warm to Amber when she visited the house. I think the only person to blame here is the one whose name starts with A and is not Annemarie.
Or it can be pretty simple. For an introvert and also highly sensitive (mostly genetic) like me, similar to AM. living in a house that always loud, no privacy, can't never actually being able to keep things organized. I would be too stress to handle anything else... or even have a normal state of mind to begin with.

I know it was Eliot idea to be roommates, literally roommates and if there was tension it is due to the changes in the apartment, noticed that Isa was sleeping at Kelly's room, where does he sleep...? figure it out. it must be awkward....and also I overheard in one of the video... Ashley said "I am paying more" for the apartment. So that too can be really awkward. Money issues can ruin friendship. Anyway Elliot have been friends with Annemarie before Kelly and Ashley....

Even Ashley's siblings made fun of her that she does not have "other friends" when he was with Charles and so maybe it's a challenge to connect with other girls. At least they both tried.

Bummer but not surprising at all. This was handled very well by all of them. The vibes have been so off and seemed a little awkward in the house for a couple months and it's apparent in their recent videos and their vlogs. Kelly and Ashley have been spending a lot of time doing their own thing and traveling, Elliot has also been doing his own thing (with his gf). And Ashley said she's been really stressed recently. And there has just not been a lot of group content like when they first moved in. And Annemarie has been missing in some vlogs recently too. This was very brave of Annemarie to make this decision and I think it's the best thing she could've done for herself and her growth.
It seems so obvious that AM and Ashely hadn’t got close to each other. And they met first at this house. As a matter of fact, being roomies with people not knowing is not easy for everyone considering their particular job and some ongoing romantic status in that house which made situation very complicated.
They just weren't a match for each other as roomies. That’s all.
I just hope AM navigate and prosper in her own ways and Ashley too.
I feel so happy I’ve enjoyed previous journeys of them and also learned real life is not something like F.R.I.E.N.D.S

Annemarie's definitely the piece that brought the whole roommate dynamic together. She has such a very motherly aura. Like from her videos and everyone else's videos, she's such a genuine person and someone who will be there for you no matter what. I am sooooo sad to see her go and I will miss her in the house so badly, but if she was destined to expand and thrive at this point in her life then it's meant to be. Videos didn’t seem as lighthearted plus they had a great streak going. I think K and Ash jumped the gun, but AM realized there wasn’t gonna be enough content to sustain her career anyways

The content didn’t take a hit the content did it’s intended purpose from the start it expanded all 4 of their audiences into each other’s. They all grew and benefited. Same reason Luke left is the same reason she is. They’re more focused on themselves and not the group. I hope she does well but it takes collaboration to grow in this type of work.

annemarie has always had this air and aura about her that was JUST different. the way she speaks, the way she acts, the way she carries herself was always with wisdom and articulation. she definitely has a different purpose. i am extremely sad and hurt to see her go but about one or two months into urmomshouse i felt that she did not receive as much energy as others and she was more particular than others. sometimes life is like that! you gotta love your friends from a distance. annemarie we freaking love you! you are a star, you are going to be amazing at whatever you do! thank you so much for showing us your light this is not over

@@somebody-dj6sn she has a 3-4 year age gap with them. She’s 26 while they’re 22-23. When you’re in your early 20s, age gaps make a bigger difference vs your 30s etc. Like Annemarie will probably settle her life in the next 5 years while the others might just start taking life seriously in 5 years. I think she’d do better with people around her age who can relate to her more. I don’t think age was the main issue here though. The house is basically split. Kelly and Ashley make content together. Elliot mostly makes content with Nic or by himself. Annemarie had Luke for a little while but that dynamic got messy content-wise and was temporary. From what I’ve seen, I feel like I’d feel isolated and lonely if I were in Annemarie’s position.

Saw it coming when it all started. Despite Elliot, Ashley and Kelly being around my age, I could never resonate with their content whatsoever but I've been watching Anne Marie since high school (so 2014 onwards). I found they had different personalities and honestly thought that it was a weird pairing, and one can see that in videos so I can't imagine in real life how it all played out. Not that any of them are bad people (I would hope not) but it seemed like the house was mixing water and oil and hoping for the best.

It’s hard for youtubers like Anne-Marie who are real to be accepted by other roommates who don’t really show their actual self on RUclips. Annemarie was always so positive and outstanding, I liked her a lot I will still watch her videos and I am sad that you guys left her out ....
Left her out of what? I get she wasn’t in Kelly’s vids too much but she was in Ashely’s vids more than Elliot was
And also in Elliot’s vids he usually has Kelly but not so much of Ashley lmao
It always felt she was the third wheel. When they all went on vacation together she as the 4th wheel. It's obvious there was tension between Annemarie and Ashley...look at the end Elliot hugs Annemarie...she hugs back....Ashley sort of taps her on the shoulder and Annemarie doesn't even recognize. I guarantee after the video Ashley just walks away.

Aw man I gotta say Ann Marie not being a constant in ur mom’s house is going to be weird for a while, although I will say I think it’s for the best if she feels she needs it, it’s a lot of pressure tbh and as long as they’re all happy that’s fine by me. Also seems like they could end it on good terms, hope we see you more AM every now and then! Can only wish them all the best with their careers and relationships too 🙌🙌
