@@tjsimpson6292 it kinda comes down to what kind of attendee you are. I like clubs, with clear punchy sound and a clean line of sight to the stage. I love that kind of setting because it can feel like you and the band are the only things that exist in a given moment. Super immersive. Festivals don’t do it for me, personally. Outdoor, messier sound, most of the acts perform in daylight which is less fulfilling and immersive IMO BUT!! if you love the chaos, and the atmosphere, and just *existing* near such an one-in-a-lifetime experience surrounded by a ton of likeminded people, this is pretty much the most amazing festival to go to!
This feels like an accurate representation of setlist times for the festival lol. Killer video! Can't imagine the amount of time that was put into this.

Not going to this fest (not worth it) but will be seeing a huge chunk of these bands at Aftershock Festival and AFI in November! Was not expecting you to do Summer Shudder for AFI so that was cool. I don't know if you studied music, but a genre of music is music that sounds the same, and pop punk is a genre of music, so by definition the music should sound the same.

Honestly I was bummed about that too! I originally had them somewhere else, but at some point I decided to make the TBS section even more of a mess and thought it would be cool to put lesser known (to me) artists in that iconic bridge. Functionally it kinda erased their presence more than it enhanced the part, but I’d love to do them proper justice some time!

Fuck by Bring Me The Horizon was a really interesting choice as they have more well known songs 😂 judging on the length of the covers it seems you're not a metal fan and you prefer pop rock/punk so much better
Haha I LOVE There Is A Hell, so it was between Fuck and It Never Ends for me. Never even considered anything more modern or popular haha That’s a good assessment! It’s moreso that I hate screaming. Not hearing it, I could listen to screaming all day, but doing it gives me crazy bad headaches. Feels like my brain’s imploding. So I tried minimizing the time I spent crying on my floor by blazing through the heavy stuff as fast as I could haha

The few times Jordan sang it live was awesome! Then I grew to love TIAH and Suicide Season. Still struggling with CYB 4 years after listening to them, haha.

Incredibly impressive! Although selfishly I'm disappointed that Dance Gavin Dance and PVRIS got such small references as they're two of my absolute favorites haha...also wish the Paramore choice was one of their older songs considering this is an emo fest. All around awesome work though

Originally I had Misery Business at the end, but I mashed that song up with Man! I Feel Like A Woman recently so I didn’t wanna repeat myself. Ignorance was also in the running but I think I got distracted by how catchy Still Into You is lmao

I don't know if you studied music, but a genre of music is music that sounds the same, and pop punk is a genre of music, so by definition the music should sound the same.

Damn ... love this cover a lot, but so hurt that Horrorpops ended up in a medley that I couldn't even pick them out of. I'd love to see what you can do with some of their stuff, like Baby Lou Tattoo, Dotted with Hearts and Drama Queen
Honestly I was bummed about that too! I originally had them somewhere else, but at some point I decided to make the TBS section even more of a mess and thought it would be cool to put lesser known (to me) artists in that iconic bridge. Functionally it kinda erased their presence more than it enhanced the part, but I’d love to do them proper justice some time!

Fuck by Bring Me The Horizon was a really interesting choice as they have more well known songs 😂 judging on the length of the covers it seems you're not a metal fan and you prefer pop rock/punk so much better

That’s a good assessment! It’s moreso that I hate screaming. Not hearing it, I could listen to screaming all day, but doing it gives me crazy bad headaches. Feels like my brain’s imploding. So I tried minimizing the time I spent crying on my floor by blazing through the heavy stuff as fast as I could haha
@@toddbarriage I love TIAH as well! It's so underrated and it seems BMTH isn't too fond of it. I disliked Fuck at first but what got me through it was the breakdown with the clean vocals. The few times Jordan sang it live was awesome! Then I grew to love TIAH and Suicide Season. Still struggling with CYB 4 years after listening to them, haha.
