The dude is actually known as the King of Love Songs in Japan. He’s been doing love songs for decades now, very highly regarded even outside of the anime community.

As far as I know for The First Take the artists can practice all they want before coming in but for people who don't normally sing together or for heavily edited songs its hard because it's truly a one take live performance. People have messed up before and you have to be professional and go on otherwise you don't get featured. That's why the channel is so highly regarded, it's a test of talent and professionalism.
i really love Masayuki Suzuki's work for Kaguya-sama: Love is War. (he actually covers other popular songs like YOASOBI's Monster)
fun fact, in KANA-BOON x NecryTalkie's first take video the artist did made mistakes, theyre cool though, performance still great and theyre having so much fun

Another favorite of mine from first take is Polaris by Blue Encount. It's one of the Hero Aca openings, but way more acoustic, stripped down, and emotional than the studio version.

There are so many incredible first take performances that you should check out but the one I love the most is lost in paradise from jjk. It is absolutely beautiful but sadly not that popular
If you're interested in hearing new artists and incredible voices, near perfect synchronization, i would recommand you to check the band Kalafina from Japan : three women, three powerfull voices, each with their particularities, not one better than others. Their live performances are awesome!

Also yes, a lot of musicians are nervous because it's only one take, but it makes it that much more interesting. Good example is KANA-BOON (Maguro Taniguchi) × Necry Talkie (Mossa) - Naimononedari (they made a mistake but kept rolling with it)
Another also, speaking of motown, you should check out Masayuki Suzuki's Misty Mauve, there's a video out there that has those vibes (I think under FUTRO's channel).

Day 11 of recommending the Beyblade openings.
There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order. Thanks for checking out!

You should check out the OST for Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. It’s a game soundtrack but it’s all copyright free music and it’s all like Rap, Techno and Hip hop. I have put on stuff like I wanna Kno by 2 Mello and Condensed Milk by Cyber Milk Chan and Light switch by SkyBlew while I’m driving to work
