Never heard of Lot51 either until a while bag because lot of other modders need their core script to work. Not only that but this creator has lot of mods that FIX the game! I never checked out these gameplay mods so thanks for showing them off. This creator is simply amazing 🎉
The free range animal is so helpful. It's annoying how the barn animal get dirty so quickly and when it's raining, you can't do anything about it and then they get pissed at you.
I totally recommend Lot51. I use basically all of it except for a few things. I would also recommend kuttoe for home regions and townie demographic and also for his basic burns mod. Also wafflein’s for comfort mod

I love to play Cottage Living and have my own homestead. I would love to use the animals mod to build my own barn that can hold multiple animals. The one animal per barn/paddock really limits how many animals you can have, especially on the smaller Henford lots. And it's an extra step to call the animals out of the barn when you want them, and you have to milk or groom in the rain; this mod eliminates all that.
These are great and I'd love to see more. There are so many great mods out that it's nice to see them demonstrated,so you can pick the ones you really like without having to try them all yourself. Plus,it's cool just seeing how creative these people are.

Lot51 makes so many mods that I consider essential for my game! I'll avoid updating until I'm certain they're compatible. I'd love to see a video exploring more Lot51 mods: I'd recommend the PlumbBros mod which adds a HVAC system for homes, and the SimLink mod which adds Wifi! Both those mods actually come with a live career too, and are base game, so they're really fun!
The most fustraiting thing is that they could clearly do free range farm animals because they gave us mini goats and sheep. Which are adorable but like come on why is it so hard to make a llama free range? I don't even know why they chose llamas but whatever.
I agree. They could have updated Cottage Living animals to be free range maybe by even using the same code for mini goats? I’m not a game maker so I wouldn’t know But llamas are kind of the mascot of the sims series. There were references to llamas inTS3 as well, so that’s probably why they picked llamas

For anyone browsing comments - also try Bakie. We include several of these great animations in the episode about the ‘Backyard Stuff’ pack - wild birds, bees, frogs, wild rabbits. Available but not shown in episode: squirrels, chipmunk, seagulls. There’s even an animation for chickens, for players who don’t have the ‘Cottage Living’ pack; it’s an animation only, so can’t interact with them, but - if you want some chickens on your lot, it works and they’re cute.
So many of them were complaints and certain comments still had the audacity defend EA just because *they* don't have glitches. Which is probably a lie, imo 😒
I've used the Bird Life mod for AGES. You can already feed birds with the most recent free pack they gave out, but it's neat to be able to go bird watching with this mod! And the free range mod is SO nice for being able to make your own sheds. But yeah if you have Cats and Dogs, you'll get random flocks of pigeons (or seagulls) in your yard, and such! Being able to scare away the flocks is mostly from the Cats and Dogs pack, but this opens up flocks of birds to all worlds! Or you can send your sim to go bird watching! Which is totally new! Lot 51 is an excellent modder! (I've been playing TS2 lately...and omg a skunk will go by and I tried to pet it, and got SPRAYED.) But yeah, I don't bother with other mods like Simz Link and the like...too much realism becomes a chore (who wants a cable bill? An internet bill? A bank? Too much to keep up with! Keep that ish in real life and out of my fantasy world. xD)
My content suggestion of the day is to explore townie lore and have Shanice Shanice ruin everyone’s lives one by one with all packs on and watching it get more and more chaotic (please)
Funny how the cow is grazing on that stone area at 2:05... The birds and insect mods make the world more alive. Then, there is the pet everywhere, that cause wandering cats & dogs to show up outside Brindletown Bay the same way they do there.
Please try out Realistic Childbirth (Pandasama) and Relationship and Pregnancy Overhau (Lupinou (?))l! They’re just AMAZING for realistic family gameplay.
oh, I'm definitely gonna need to get myself some free range cows! As a cattle lover, it's been kinda frustrating how limited the Sims cows are. If anyone knows about any other cow mods, I'm all ears!

EA could, but they would never. It's like they're trying to test the water to see what they can get away with. These mods prove that innovative stuff can be done, yet they refuse to do it. It's like they're trying to make the Sims 4 purposefully bad to make the Sims 5 look better in the future? Idk, just my cynical thoughts.🤗

There is another creator called the Kalino who adds more MFPs rodents , and even some reptiles (gerbils, squirrels, bearded dragons etc)
Calino also makes very nice stuff to mot your animals, making a zebra out of a horse for instance. Highly recommended!
You're 100% right on that, any Sims 4 packs that adds bugs is a VERY realistic Sims 4 pack x'D
It all depends on the nature of those bugs... Flying and crawling bugs are good. Program bugs are Bad.

Bird life is one on my favorite small mods. I will randomly catch my sims looking for birds or chasing the. 😊❤️
