UPDATE: Both crank seals are in right. The bike looks great and he did a great job building it but I hope he didn't receive a defective part!! I hope all go's well with it! Love the videos tyler! There's 3 things that can cause the noise it's making. #1 Something could be wrong with the crank bearings. #2 Unbalanced crank. #3 Something is wrong with the transmission bearings. Also sounds like whatever the problem is it's making the bike not rev out as fast compared to before he built it. All around the motor doesn't seem to run to good.

@@rapscallion3421 those wrench rabbit rebuild kits are absolute trash. if you are taking the time to rebuild an engine, do it right. EVERY internal component (besides piston) needs to be OEM, no ifs ands or buts about it. even then with the piston id only put vertex or oem in it
@@dr00andrew 🤣who mentioned a wrench rabbit kit? You are talking like it takes a mad scientist to rebuild a simple single cylinder 2 stroke engine. Almost everybody that rides one has been ripping them apart and putting them back together as kids. It doesn't "need" to be oem anything for it to perform just fine. I personally only use oem bearings and cranks but everything else i use aftermarket and most of the teams I've ever had the pleasure to work for in fact almost always use aftermarket rebuild kits. Oem or aftermarket both rebuilds are capable at winning motos. We're not looking for life span were looking at cost effective also. You can buy a whole rabbit kit for the price of a oem crank🤣 what race team have you come from? I've built a few amateur champion bikes with hot rods in them.
@@rapscallion3421 not talking like a mad scientist, just giving an opinion on building an engine. bottom end components should be oem, this includes crank, main bearings, seals and transmission bearings.
no need to be a dick either. when you are building 2 stroke race engines for teams, the engines get rebuilt on a weekly basis so it doesn't matter if the parts are all oem. the concern is power and performance not longevity. for the average guy who is going to rebuild an engine, its a better idea to replace all the bottom end components with oem parts

bro i just bought a crf250r and im rebuilding the whole thing currently on the transmission right now but you make it look so easy but my transmission was completly taken aprt tho!
sounds like your side loading a bearing pretty hard, sick build but maybe get it checked out. I’d hate to see that thing go.

The bike sounded healthier before you rebuilt it 😂. I would pull it apart and check the engine bearings. One might be installed incorrectly. You never want to hear a whirling noise like that.

@@Red.gti1 it’s got a lectron carb you don’t have to worry about jetting it pretty much makes two strokes fuel injected
@@JayDeeFrm7400 thats not 100% true you still have to do main jets but it's way easier to change and it's mutch easier to adjust than with a normal carb it's less work to make it run good

@@willstuber5022 nah its not supposed to make that noise trust me. Something is definitely wrong with that engine or has to be even tightened maybe.
I litterly love your videos I get happy when I get to see that you uploaded. I have always wanted a dirt bike since i was 7 and now I’m 13 and I can’t get one because of money issues or financial problems I don’t really care what type it is it could be the worst but I would still ride it because I just want to have fun and my dream is to ride dirt bikes and pit bikes. My dream pit bike is the crf110f but I know for sure I will never have that in my hands even. Especially when I can’t even buy a 500-600 dollar dirtbike like the Tao Tao or Apollo. I love looking at dirt and pit bikes they make me feel like one day I will get one. My dad can’t buy me one because he has bills and not only that we are in a bad situation right now. But who cares about what I got to say you make the best content and I love when you get a new dirt bike because it makes me feel like when I finally be able to work in 3 more years I will finally get a 600 dollar dirt bike. I know that my dream won’t come true about the crf110f. But that’s ok. That bike is beautiful and you deserve it for sure. Keep up the work you put in these videos. Have a good day.
