मैने देखा मैं कोई फॉरेस्ट ऑफिसर था और मैने जंगल बचाने की बजाए गांवों के जंगलों से लकड़ियां काटी और उनको बेचा । इसी बीच लड़ाई में मेरी मृत्यु हुई । गांव के कुछ लोगो में मुझे मेरे इस जन्म के घर के सदस्य नजर आए ।
मैंने उन पर पिछले जन्म में बहुत अत्याचार किए थे , आज मैं इस जन्म में उनके साथ रह कर , उनकी ही सेवा कर के शायद पिछले जन्म का ही लेखा जोखा बराबर कर रहा हूं ।

I saw myself.. clean clothes like a monk.. i was a monk.. a guru.. i had 4 to 5 followerss.. always by my side.. i was bald... i had a stick.. i had a small height.. i was in a blissfull state.. light and light everywhere... it was like a heaven to me...when i died.. those 5 of my bhakts.. didnt burnt my body.. instead.. they left my body in ganga river .. where my body was sunken deep deep deep.. i saw my body from sky.. deep in waater.. i always had a smile.. though i didnt get any message from it.. but yeah in this lifetime i am spiritual too.. i do daily sadhna.. now im just 20 years old.. looking forward why i reincarnated here... so i came here to findd out.. through my past life

Felt very relaxed, went into deep meditation, felt body floating in air, saw the tunnel door and light coming from door…. But cannot open the door yet. The images very very blur in dark but somethings is there. Will try again and again until I see something clear. Thank you and blessings from deep heart.

Did not see much except a little light in dark clouds and some white ladies sitting in a cafeteria.. for a fleeting moment.. and then again dark clouds.. but was in a state of calm and peace.. felt great afterwards. I saw a rotating frame of a scene...I could also see the sky at the same time...it was so weird it was like being in the 4 dimensional world...its so hard to explain wht I saw but it was incredible and I cried.
I saw a rotating scene of green grass and a white palace in the distance with fountains and some kind of white stone maze in its front courtyard and I saw beautiful white and grey clouds in the sky at same time and it was all rotating and I couldn't keep my tears from falling and then I was in a dimly lit room and a woman was standing infront of me with hed back towards me and she had traditional Indian jewellery in her hair and she had long hair and she was touching the golden edge of a painting and I felt so overwhelmed in that moment and then everything started rotating again and I was back in the grassy field and then I was suddenly being pulled back and I saw the grassy field shrinking into a point as if I was being pulled up and away from earth and everything started closing in on that scene and then I woke up wiped my tears and came to the comments section to type this.
I think I saw past life experience from ancient India...
Also I think I was a man in that life...and I felt a feeling of ownership of the women and the room i was standing in and it was a very masculine feeling...i cant describe it and I have never felt like that before cuz I am a female in this life.

I failed to see life of past births but I am enjoying rest. Actually I slept during meditation. It was a soothing experience but failed to know about my previous birth. I will repeat it. It was not an easy task. You cannot see your past life only by such a type of simple meditation techniques. I may be wrong. But I think it is true. I have to repeat it again to get rest & Mental peace and nothing else. I don't expect too much. Expectations incorporate frustration. If you expect that you may see your past life by this meditation then you may be frustrated. Don't expect anything. Only enjoy the inner peace by this meditation. Don't try to see past or future or anything else. You can not see. So don' try. It will disappoint you too much.
But there are people who have written about their experiences..

I did the entire past life regression guided meditation and i realised who I was in my past life. This works and I can't disclose who I was but I realize the one mistake I made in my past life due to which I am suffering today. I also think that..may be my mind is not ready yet..to see past life.
But.
I was completely relax meanwhile.
Only once i opened my eyes.. before trying for past life... because of a little loud voice around me.
But
I felt complete peace and relaxation while this.
Most important thing..was..i took deep breath 2-3 times while regression time,which was not in my control.
This is d only reaction i felt this Tim.
I will try it again.
I put on my earphones and started this. After a few minutes, I was in a deep trance and felt like I was floating in the air! I couldn't even control my hands, mind, or legs. It was an amazing experience, but after a few minutes, a call came in and everything was interrupted. I hung up the call and realized where I was. But it was truly an amazing moment.

Sir I saw I was in a cathedral or mosque with candles lit everywhere around me and later I saw my death by drowning in pool of water in a temlple.like I was a brahmin bald headed religious brahmin boy with choti n I saw my death by drowning .other bald headed brahmin boys near by me were laughing and amusing when I was getting drowned kind of they threw me in the temple pool . I always see a big bell ringing whenever I go into deep meditation and golden light over that bell and other bells ringing around me and nature too. I also saw injured eyes it jus hurt me and in beginning I saw a young bride with fire all around her . But I can't discern everything. Thank you sir. While going In the tunnel after divine light ceased I also saw bees on walls of tunnel I got a bit afraid. But I kept calling God to be with me.

Thxx for making me realize about my present problems...my own mother and younger brother had taken all share in my father assests from me...which are in crores...in the name of society norms.....bcoz in last birth...she was my step mom and step brother....and we're jealous of me....as I was rich lady ....and they had eye...on my assets....so they did what they want from me...they had taken in this birth....

It was a relaxing experience, earlier I was afraid to this. Now I will try again, I have seen some thing which was not clear, isaw my death being am old man with white beard and hair like aged man.I saw my dear one, like my daughters near me.

I went to the past but i couldn't recognized clearly with whom i was.i was male. I was poor. One female n 2 kids were there in small house. But faces i couldn't recognized clearly. I saw only one face who is in present with me that's it but i don't know what was the relation n what happened..at last when i left body n looking from the sky there were big dark jungle one body was sitting one place but it was lightning in that jungle from top to bottom. But i couldn't realized it what was happening... but it was not clear ideas...i need to try this again..thank you so much sir..the way you guides its amazing. Its not easy task whatever u r doing. I went 5000 years back.. and I was a male and Got death by murdered..but still I was alive for few hour and I took permission to leave my body by my love one's.. then I left my body..Also I murdered a lion to save a lady in red Saari and she got death by crocodile bite when I was moving with her by a boat in river and then again I kill this crocodile.then I go back again to lion and asked for pardon bcoz somehow lion was innocent and I get back to my village after few years I killed by a male by sword in my abdominal belly..And I can feel this pain sometimes in present..Thankyou so much for this journey..❤❤

Today morning I did this meditation. Peeyushji your voice is so soothing. I had gone much deep and felt relaxed. At the start, while entering the tunnel, I felt like I am suffocating, I started choking & coughing for some time, like I am drowning in water. Maybe it was some river or water stream. After some time I felt like there are some soldiers with guns around me. They dragged my motionless body out, my hands were tied. I did not see their faces or what they were saying. I could not find further & other details. Later, as you said in commentary, I tried to see who friends and relatives were in my past life, about my wife & kind of relation with her, my nature in this life & problems in my career trying to link it to past life. But I could not find these other details. Please read my comment & guide further. I am struggling in my career & relations. Thanks

Pura past life Toh Pata nhi chala but jiske liye gya wo Pata chal gya. Maybe ye imagination v ho sakta h agar Sach mai past life tha Toh Ek bhut he mahatvpurn Sawal ka answer mil gya.
