When someone is under the influence of multiple things, pls count multiple charges. As well as leaving a scene of an accident or driving the wrong way, charge them with multiple counts pls

The kidnapped lady’s death was on the driver, because if he did not do what he did the lady Would have survived.
For example: a man robbs a bank, and when the guard tried shooting the robber but misses and hit a costumer. The costumer died and while some say its on the guard, it Would not have happened if the robber had not robbed the bank.

Where I live, (in California) we don’t have the 2022 Tahoe for CHP just yet. Otherwise the lights, sirens, and more are realistic.

@Marcus Harris some people will say it's safe. I won't download it on my main pc as if you mess up it can harm your pc, and there can be viruses sometimes. FiveM is a safe way to play it
