I’m newer to this channel and found the video. Very good video enjoyed it very much. But I’m a little curious as to why you can’t call backup. The FBI works with local law enforcement on many of their cases and calls in backup all the time when under fire either through local agencies or even calling in more agents from the local field office. Maybe I’m wrong or there’s another reason. Either way keep up the good work!
They do have something similair to SWAT, such as the HRT (Hostage Rescue Team) or Emergency response units which are tasked with dealing with high risk incidents. They have federal jurisdiction in America, so they do have units that are inspired by SWAT. Don't let HRT fool you, they do other work than dealing with hostage situations, they are a specialised unit. Of course they will have units capable of dealing with such incidents.
