What kind of noises was the old one be making? Mine make a low whirring noise at speed lower than 40kph . Not load related or gear related. But speed related… goes away at speeds above 40 kph . I think 🤔 it may be the centre bearing or output bearing on the gearbox

Shifting was OK. The noise was at acceleration from low speeds and kind of humming when slowing down. And yes, all of it at speeds below ~40km/h.
@@robertdeptula2003just changed my prop shaft center bearing and it’s quiet as a mouse now😊
In my case it was not. At stand still, D engaged, transmission was noisy as well. Shifting to N quiet it down.
